The online renting experience was awesome but the process of getting access to the unit could have been better. When I arrived Saturday morning I discovered the gate code provided was incorrect, the unit was padlocked, the Saturday office hours had changed and the unit wasn’t clean. Mistakes happen but nobody apologized for the frustrations I experienced.

I completed the entire rental process via my mobile device and it was quick and easy. I was able to complete everything online including the signature of the application and payment. The onsite staff person was very helpful and customer focused. Great experience.

Shield storage always has deals going on to help make the process more affordable and their staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. All of my things were protected and had no damage whatsoever after a whole summer of storing with them. Highly recommend!
