Since Goodwill has gone from Goodwill Northern Arizona to coming under the central Arizona umbrella. Their customer service and cleanliness have gone down, and the prices have went up.

Rude employees!! Stopped and asked assistance from an employee he was extremely rude. Then he answered every question with I don't know. Won't come back.

Unprofessional manager. What truly irritates me is hearing managers speak negatively about their employees to other associates in front of customers. I don’t care to hear about how an employee did X and how outrageous it is to think she could do Y. Save it for literally any other time when you’re not standing in front of someone you told to load their own donations.

The Milton location is very central to Flagstaff. It's a prime location near NAU campus. It's very clean, and smells fresh which is nice. I haven't had any interactions with employees, but I am sure they're all very kind. My issue I have with this store & all of Goodwill's is that they overprice items, or sell things heavily damaged at almost full cost. Below is proof. The shorts are NWT priced at $6.61 from the department store it came from. Goodwill is selling it for $8.99. They have no shame whatsoever doing this. It's really awful business. After this experience, I will be shopping at non profits, because this is very disturbing. Do better Goodwill.

Can't believe this crummy place replaced the Barnes and Noble. Flagstaff has gone so far downhill... No wonder we rank so low in education. Guess we need businesses marking up free clothes they receive instead of good bookstores in a college town. Makes sense (cents).

BEDBUGS!!! Visible bedbugs crawling on the clothes. Management notified, response : "Oh yeah, we know". !!!!! Do not go here unless you are looking for some tiny new roommates who won't go away.

Very rarely give 1 Star reviews. But, seems to be that all Goodwills now a days deserve one. The prices for a donation center are being priced as if the items are brand new. My husband used to be a manager at Goodwill years back and always comments on how much he would actually charge for it verse now.I go out of my way to donate to Savers now. They run it well.

As of today this Goodwill store has not reinstated their donor pick up truck for those who can't take their donations to any one of their three stores. They cancelled the pick up service at the beginning of COVID in 2020. I don't understand why an operation with multiple locations and as successful as Goodwill can't provide donation pickup especially for those of us who can't take our donations to their store.

Some of the quality of clothing has gone way downhill, but I suppose that is to be expected with more stores opening in town. Perhaps there is more of a margin for error. Some good deals, but some trash also. The pricing for a lot of the clothing and items is WAY off. It's basically being priced the same as you can get some newer items.Secondhand should ALWAYS be cheaper. ALWAYS.You can tell some of the people who shop here peel tags off the merchandise to (maayyyybe get a better price?)There's also quite a bit of theft, which is annoying, but to be expected, I suppose? The crew in Production are some of the most down to earth, hard-working and kind people I have ever met.So it's a mixed bag all around.

Big goodwill, with a good selection. They have a lot of really good deals that they run frequently. Staff is always friendly. I do wish that they would take more time to group things that are obviously a set. I purchased a Christmas dinner setting that I had to find piece by piece in the holiday section.
