I’m honestly shocked at the low overall review score for this pharmacy; I feel this is the most efficient and capable corporate pharmacy in town.They have never once lost my prescription or failed to receive my prescription, always have my coupon codes from previous visit saved so I can use them repeatedly without having to look up the code at every visit (other pharmacies in town claimed to do this but failed every single time I needed it).Though most importantly, this pharmacy has never *once* been out of stock of any of my medications. This is very important for me because other local chain-pharmacies have all claimed to be out of stock for multiple meds yet Fry’s has literally always had everything I need in stock *and* fillable typically within 48 hours (except Sundays and holidays, in my experience)(and id better knock on wood right now…?)Lastly, if you use the pharmacy section of the Fry’s app it makes things go even quicker at the pharmacy window.My only complaint is that there is sometimes a long line, but the Fry’s line moves much quicker lines at any other chain pharmacy in town, and if you avoid going @ lunch M-F there’s never a big line anyway.

Swapping pharmacies to one that is more competent. I give these people my insurance info that works, as I have been able to run it at doctors offices and another pharmacy, and the girl working says she can't use my insurance because it doesn't have the right information on my card. Ok???? I dont understand??? Literally everywhere else that I have given my insurance to hasn't had a problem running it. They also make me feel like they just dont want me there at all, they stare me down as if I'm unwelcome and it makes me feel like I constantly have something on my face or an attitude, when I'm actually so nice and I do say thank you and smile every time. Even the people who have come with me say I'm nicer than normal to them. Had to pay $55 and get half the amount of groceries I was planning on getting because of medications that should have been $20 with my insurance. What a joke.

This pharmacy has gone down the drain. Used to be great however now it will take them four days minimum to fill critical prescriptions. When I spoke with them advising that this medication is really hard to stop cold turkey and it used to be filled in a 24 hour time period, and that I can not request a refill until the day before my last dose, they said unless it’s antibiotics, nothing they can do. Seems like it’s laziness since they got new pharmacists.

I give them two reviews because the pharmacist is nice. However all the other staff is so rude. They act miserable and like they just hate their job.

Very efficient and there is hardly a wait, if ever. I travel alot and this Kroger Store is the best service Ive gotten at any of them. Appreciate it alot.

Absolutely ridiculous pharmacy. Having worked in a pharmacy, I’m well aware of the process. The pharmacy is rude, condescending, slow, and overall awful. I will be turning them into the State Board and DEA!

As someone with a chronic illness, I've been to my fair share of pharmacies over the years and this is by far my favorite pharmacy staff I have ever interacted with. They are kind, personable, and efficient. They don't waste time, as I'm sure they don't have much to waste with understaffing and overworking that seems to be happening everywhere, but they never make me feel like an inconvenience for simply needing to pick up my medication. I've also had to call and handle some order mishaps or ask them to expedite some prescriptions before and while yes they definitely do get straight to the point because they don't have time for small talk, they still have never been rude or acted annoyed with me. Additionally, I've had pharmacists in the past make me feel a little judged for some of the medications I receive, and these pharmacists and techs never bat an eye. I can't tell you what a breath of fresh air that is for someone who gets treated the way I do sometimes because I "look fine". Also- they have a wall of photos of all of their pets for you to peruse while they grab your prescription. Best addition ever.Tldr; this staff rocks and as long as you don't waste their time I'm sure they won't waste yours!

Do not try to call and ask a question/leave a message. They do not answer the phone or call back when left a message. The folks there try to be nice and helpful, they just do not seem to have enough people to properly run the pharmacy.

The staff act as though you are bothering them when you call. Then they cut you off when you are still speaking. They are extremely slow and could care less how long you wait. Customer service is absolutely horrible!

First time at Fry's. Loved the selection and the prices were reasonable, especially during this post-pandemic era where prices everywhere seem to be inflated. Wish we had a Fry's store near us.

Very disappointed Flagstaff Fry's does not do grocery order curb side pick up!!! I have been a customer of Frys for over 30 years. In North Phoenix i used the order pick due to im disabled and dont drive. It made it easier for my husband to pick up an order. Unfortunately the past year and a half since i moved to Flagstaff we have stopped be a customer at Frys and now use Walmart order pick up service. Really wish Flagstaff Frys would offer this there are multiple people i know that would use this service, but shop elsewhere. Surprised they dont offer this service too since Covid is a long term thing. Bonnie H
