Jason and Sean killed it with my 2016 F150 with the 5.0L in it. The complaint was crank, no start, I already made all of the basic checks but wanted to bring it to them to diagnose and repair the truck. I called ahead, we set a date, I towed my truck over, they had it in the shop the day we agreed upon. They found the engine wiring harness corroded with salt and repaired the issue quickly. They work well with aftermarket warranties and keep you up to date throughout the repairs. I highly recommend these guys!Services: Electrical repair

I went to fry's automotive on the recommendation of a customer at the ram dealership in flagstaff. I called and spoke with the owner who said we're busy, but come on over and we'll work you In, I waited for 30 minutes. A mechanic test drove my truck and worked on it for about forty five minutes. Prize automotive charged me one quarter Of what the dealership would have charged me if I waited until the following week to have my truck work done. The people at fry's automotive Are absolutely great to deal with, Professional, Friendly, Honest and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend Fry's Automotive To anyone in need Of an excellent repair shop In flagstaff arizona!

In early August ‘22, I called Fry’s about my 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 w 5.9 Cummins about diagnosing to fix my A/C. Mid-summer in Flagstaff is a busy time for repair shops - nevertheless Fry’s got me in within a week or so, and very considerately coordinated my appointment time with the friend who had put me onto Fry’s; she was also having work done there on her rig. The tech diagnosed the issue within an hour or so after I dropped the truck off; turned out to be the condenser was shot. They had the part in hand within an hour after that, and had me out the door by late afternoon. Same day in and out in my book is a great day at the repair shop. Even better is same day in and out with the work properly done, and fairly priced. I’ve had the vehicle back home with me in southern AZ for about a month now, and the system has worked 100% like it's supposed to. Is it needless to say... when it comes to A/C, any shop could have told me ‘it really needs the whole kit’ (including a compressor) and thus could have needlessly up-sold me by $1k at least. Fry’s was as honest and skilled a shop -- and as on the ball -- as any I’ve been to. You can be sure I’ve been to my share of diesel repair shops over my several decades of x-USA road tripping. All that is to say if you want good service for your vehicle get right over to Fry’s. Jason and team will be sure you are well taken care of.Services: Auto A/C replacement

Fry's automotive are honest and skilled mechanics. They have done great work on our vehicle and never try to get us to do extra or unnecessary work. They are kind and helpful and have incredible customer service.

They are taking over where Ford failed to find the trucks problem. My 6.7 lost a hole at 82,000. They found the problem now the fix.
