Pharmacy always communicates directly with me if there are delays. Its a busy place; and, staff is kind, asks how Ive been, professional and on-the-ball. Although they dont have an online presence, Ive gotten past that because the Pharmacy is reliable and if I need to talk to someone , the pharmacy answers the phone. They have gone out of their way to assist me with complicated issues many times. I'm grateful for the wonderful service.

Wow the lady on the phone was super rude and made me feel like something was wrong with me. This was only after I told her the medication I was trying to fill. ?? So much so that I couldn't help but laugh at this poor girl. She could understand me one minute and when I told her the name of my prescription she totally went from being helpful to out right hateful. I asked if she could hear me ok and her reply was "not when your slurring your words". I'm from TN and I have a thick country accent. To her though I was slurring because I was asking info on my prescription which is a narcotic. May God Bless this lady and please forgive her, for she knows not what she does.

Flagstaff Pharmacy is one of the best, if not the best, pharmacies we've ever been to. The staff is so kind and helpful! They really go above and beyond to get their patients the medications they need and they don't make you wait forever like every other pharmacy. And they don't look for the cheapest China made meds either. They truly care and that's why we love them! They will also find any special order meds you need which they do for me each month. It used to be a real pain trying to get my meds in when I needed them, but now I don't have to worry about it with this pharmacy. I absolutely recommend them.

My typical experience:Doc calls in script. Wait a bit and call to check availability. Get told "we just got it, that'll be ready in an hour."Give em 3 hours just to be safe, show up and get told "that's not ready yet, it'll be a bit" a bit? It's been 3 hours?Do they make the drugs? In most cases no, you would go to an apothecary for that.They literally move pills from one container to another and count them. Is that really so difficult and time consuming? Probably not. But for these folks, it apparently is.Save yourself the time and go to Walgreens or CVS. If basic counting is difficult for this group, do you really want to trust your meditation to them?

I’m a type 1 diabetic and frequently have to deal with nonsense at pharmacies. This is one of those pharmacies. They wouldn’t give me enough insulin, even after I tried to explain that I needed more. Just terrible customer service. Don’t bother going here.

This garbage pharmacy refused to correctly fill my insulin prescription, just parroting that my insurance only allowed a 30 day supply. They had zero interest in helping me get the medicine I needed. F*** these guys.

I am very thankful for this pharmacy and it's staff. They are so very helpful, efficient, kind & very knowledgeable. I needed help with an insurance issue and they went beyond what is expected.

At the end of a recent stay in FMC, I was visited by the pharmacist who brought my discharge meds. He was kind, very knowledgeable and took as much time as was needed to explain the meds and answer my questions. The pharmacy had also found coupons on the web to reduce my Rx costs. What a great interaction at a tough time. I was already familiar with this pharmacy as I'd had Meds compounded here for my dog who had a heart tumor, many years ago. They were wonderful then, too. As much as I enjoy the convenience of my customary drive-through pharmacy, I'll be shifting my Rx care back to this pharmacy, because of my recent experience.

Good Pharmacy but there is a tech there named Jennifer, I believe, who tries to play pharmacist even though she is only a tech and she is very mean and short with us every time we go to get our prescriptions. She seems to be angry at the world! They are often busy so there's usually a wait of about 45 minutes to an hour if you want to fill your prescription right then. But that's true of any pharmacy. The pharmacists are very kind and knowledgeable, especially Ted. He is always friendly and so kind and very helpful with anything you need which is great! He's also very knowledgeable about his job and he does it well. I think it's important to have a good relationship with your pharmacist and a relationship where your pharmacist knows you and knows your history. Ted does that very well. He knows us by name and if there's ever an issue with insurance or anything, he goes out of his way to resolve it himself which is not common but much appreciated! Honestly, if it wasn't for TECH Jennifer, who is extremely rude, hostile and tries to play the part of pharmacist, I would give this pharmacy at 5. She makes everything so difficult especially when it's nothing difficult at all. She makes us feel uncomfortable and that really isn't fair because all we're doing is filling prescriptions that our medical doctors prescribed for us that we need for our daily lives and our health. Our prescriptions have been the same every single month from the same doctor for YEARS and nothing changes, yet this Tech finds a way to make everything difficult and it's extremely frustrating. We get such a sense of relief when we walk in and see that Ted is the pharmacist on hand because otherwise that mean female Tech rules the place for some reason. I wish they would just have some sort of company meeting and explain to her the importance of manners and how to treat customers and people in general. I would like to walk into my Pharmacy and not cringe when I see someone that I know is going to treat me badly for absolutely no reason. If any Fry's manager or pharmacists happen to see this review, please educate the techs on how to treat customers with General kindness... that's all we ask for. Otherwise, this is a great pharmacy and they even text you when your meds are ready. Thanks to the great Pharmacists, thus has remained our pharmacy Foote years!!

Conveniently located near the hospital. Flagstaff Pharmacy is a full-service pharmacy that is a division of Northern Arizona Healthcare. They provide patient education resources, hard-to-find and special-order items. They also provide a wide range of over-the-counter products. Prescriptions can be refilled over the phone and are generally available the next day. They offer free handicap parking and accessibility.
