Friendly, easy, honest and fair. They have this crazy idea that making the customer happy is good for business. Go figure. Holly was my sales rep and made the trade/purchase experience low pressure, easy and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this dealer.

Good experience. Nice to get a lift home and back with the shuttle. Would've been 5 stars if they didn't forget to call me when it was ready. And I don't think the representative even apologized! Not the best service recovery! Had to call them twice to learn the service was complete. Otherwise a great experience.
