Drove all the way from Payson to get my car serviced here. It was well worth it! Couldn't get an appointment 3 weeks out in Scottsdale area. I called Oxendale GMC and had a next day appointment.

I enjoy visiting the folks at Oxendale because they schedule you and your in and out and on your way in the time frames they tell you. Claire is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

This place is a straight rip-off. If you can find a vehicle elsewhere do it they actually sold me a New GMC truck that was wrecked and NEVER even thought about fixing it, delivered to me in The Middle of the night in another state in complete darkness and i seen the damage n showed the Salesman which he aknowledged was previously done i let him know it had to be repaired i cant buy a new truck with damge and in the morning when i called they
Completely denied all accounts of what happened to the truck and they knew the damage was there when they delivered it the salesman is a rip-off and a liar and the general manager is even worse after I even paid for the vehicle and this is how I was treated. Stay away from this dealership. I never thought a GMC Dealership would be like this. They are supposed to be first class, but this General manager and salesman ripped me off. And misrepresented the truck in every way.I bought online n got delivered a wrecked truck a GMC 3500 DENALI DUALLY at that and wouldnt even think about fixing it after the deal was done smh...
This dealership is a straight rip-off. Stay away save your money if they can sell me a new truck that's Wrecked then They can burn you in any way. Nightmare experience for me n still had to come out of pocket to do the repairs to my new truck...Smh and lesson learned...

Had the unfortunate experience of having a catastrophic electrical failure on my vehicle. Due to the distance from home my vehicle was towed to Oxendale GMC.
I could go into great detail of the miserable experience of encountering a service writer who even after having my vehicle for 6 weeks showed little to no compassion and acted as if he was personally doing me a favor by doing his job. With little to no information on the status of my vehicle each week. In his words “I don’t know anything, maybe your car was struck by lightening.” Which was not the case as the failure occurred while driving with not a storm in sight.
With a vehicle that was brought in under an extended warranty to cover the labor and parts that were required to fix the problem. I do understand that warranty work does not pay the dealership the way a vehicle would be billed by the dealership that is not covered by any extended coverage.
The reason this is a 5 star review, is due to the exceptional customer service I received from the service manager “Bill.” He was very informative and patient with my concerns after the vehicle being gone for over a month. Bill continued to keep me updated on the hard work that was being put in by the service tech that was working on my vehicle. I also was lucky enough to deal with “Claire” she was fantastic as well.
So thank you to Bill and Claire for saving my experience with this dealership. Also to the “unknown” service tech who powered through my pain in the butt vehicle THANK YOU! So if ever in that area ask for Claire or Bill! ?

If I could rate my experience with the service center of this place a negative 10 I absolutely would….my broke down and I took it here for repair. After having it for almost two weeks take the day off work and a flippin greyhound to pick the vehicle up only to drive less than 1 mile before the vehicle shut off AGAIN in the middle of traffic…. Tow it back, get a call That they’ve ACTUALLY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM….. another week, get another call to pick it up….take the 3 HOUR DRIVE only to arrive and THE KEY IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!!!!! Dealership closed, service center closed!!! NO ONE AROUND! I hate it here!!!! Another completely wasted trip, wasted time wasted money and still no car!

What a professional service department! Having been frustrated and treated like a second class citizen at the other game in town, I was surprised and so happy to be treated like a customer. A professional service manager, diesel mechanics who did what they said they were going to do and in a timely fashion, appointments that were kept, the problem explained to me, a customer service driver and vehicle that was clean and ready to go…all of this was so different from the other dealer in town. I’ll not go elsewhere. Oxendale was exceptional. And THANKYOU Claire!!

I was looking for a good used or new truck and found the best sales consultant with Tyler. He worked very hard to find the best truck at the best price for me. After looking for several months I have found my new dealership and service department. This dealership was so much better than the others I was trying to work with.
