On an extreme weather day (winter storm warning) and with no heat in our rv in Williams, they came out to the rv and diagnosed/fixed the problem. Constant communication, very pleasant demeanor and fair prices. Don’t be afraid to call them!

They did a terrific job repairing my Onan 8000. I had it to another shop that could not diagnose the problem, but these guys were right on the money - bad fuel line, and the price was very reasonable. It is now running better than ever. I recommend them highly!

Michael squeezed us in, in the morning and we dropped off our toy hauler because our Onan generator was having problems starting and stay running. He had our Onan generator up and running and fixed by the afternoon. Excellent service.

Had motorhome generator issues while traveling through Flagstaff. Found this shop online. They worked us in and within an hour they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Michael sure knows what he's doing with generators. Super friendly and reasonably priced too. Definitely recommend.

Awesome servive, friendly staff.Would recommend to anyone.I have a big sleeper semi with a onan generator. The generator had an overheating issue. They diagnosed, advised what it needed and fixed it quickly.

Very knowledgeable! Onan generator would not start after we replaced fuel pump. They had it up and running in approx 20 min. Did some routine maintenance, and we were on our way in an hour. Very resonable!!

While traveling through Arizona the generator in my diesel motorhome would not stay running. I was referred to Flag Tool by another shop who was too busy. They got me in the same day, asked me a few questions about how it was acting and said they would get me in. My appointment was for 1:00 but we got there about 10:30. When I called at 1:00 to see how it was going they informed me it was fixed plus they changed the oil that I had asked them to do if they had time. The issue was just some poor adjustments made by a shop before I purchased it. It now runs better than it ever has. They were prompt, honest, fair and very competent. I highly recommend Flag Tool if you are in need of a good shop while in the Flagstaff area

Very nice folks! Fast, fair, and professional service. They had our generator repaired and we were back on the road in about an hour. As others have stated, they know their stuff. Highly recommended.

They obviously have lots of experience repairing generators. They fixed the Onan RV QG 4000 in my 5th wheel trailer in about an hour (it was a carburetor problem). They were friendly and straightforward and honest about the pricing before they started the job. The only problem with the shop is that they don’t have a very big parking lot. Otherwise great experience!
