Nice Friendly employees.Disappointed that with Eddie Bauer being an outdoorsy store I was disappointed that they didn't have tents,backpacks, hiking boots, camp lights, flashlights, gloves, etc..., Why???

While I love their clothing, their shipping is abominable. A recent purchase took two weeks to arrive by FedX. Tracking is cumbersome.

The best part about Eddie Bauer is their helpful staff. I don't usually shop here so I never know where anything is, but their staff are always on it and help me find exactly what I am looking for!
