First class service. I had a blowout the day before and had my camper towed in without me. We worked out the details over the phone and the camper was ready for the road when I arrived to pick it up.

Pretty good customer service but they always are trying to upsell things and add accessories lately. Also, always check your tire pressure because they always over inflate them.
My main disappointment comes from the certificate program which I will not be purchasing again. I have an AWD vehicle where the tread depth of all tires needs to be within 2/32 of an inch. So if one of the tires needs to be replaced then generally all 4 need to be replaced. Anyways because of this the certificate to get a new tire is useless and I had to find a used tire with the same tread depth as the others. When I brought the used tire in to get mounted discount said they would put the certificate on the used tire I brought in, waive the labor, and refund me $49. I'm not one to argue so I went with it just to get it over with. But the math doesn't quite add up because $49 refund + $37 certificate + $27 in labor and fees does not equal a $182 tire that they should have had to replace.

I took our company van in to replace all four tires. After leaving I discovered some readings were off. So, I took it back and was told that we left a spare tire on the front, and the new tire was placed on it.
I'm a new driver this season, and looked for a solution. When I told our facilities manager that they planned to keep the spare tire on the front, he said to have the tires switched.
When I returned, I took a male supervisor with me. He had to say a few times to switch the tires and put the correct wheel on the front.
After waiting for an hour, when we picked the van up, the monitor system still wasn't updated. So, had to ask to have that taken care of again.

I had let them know two times before hand that my grandmother requested the tires being replaced be kept and they did not do as requested then suddenly couldn't find the replaced tires at all and did not know what kind of tires were replaced. Not coming to this location again.

Phoned discount tire on s Milton road while travelling r66 on holiday and explained I had a slow puncture and asked if they could fit me in and deal with it asap. They said yes and to come straight to them.
The service I received was nothing short of 5* service. Only a short wait and they had the car in and repaired the tire for free and had us on our way within 90mins.
Dawson was very helpful and kept us informed as he knew we had a tight schedule to keep to.
The tire companies in the UK could certainly learn a lot from how Discount Tires operates and treats it's customers.

This place deserves 10 stars!!! After mistaking “discount tire service center“ in California for Discount Tire I came here.
The brand new tires I had just purchased were not mounted and balanced properly. Everything thing about my experience at “discount tire service center” was terrible but the guys over here got me fixed up and even warranted one of the tires I had just bought.
Ron is a rock star and I really appreciate you guys fixing my truck that another shop messed up.
This really is a great tire shop run by some great guys. Thank you
