Definitely won't go here again, it took twice as long as they told me. And after I asked them about my car they remained professional but you can tell when someone looks at you like a bother. And now as I am driving down the freeway both of the moldings on the sides of my windshield come flying off. So I had to take my vehicle to the dealership. I will never go here again. Don't believe all the five star reviews, it isn't as good as any of them say it is. Make sure your car isn't broken before you leave.
Wish I could leave zero stars.

I was traveling through Flagstaff and went to a national chain and was told the windshield would have to be ordered. I stopped at Diamond and told Steve of my situation. I was shocked that they got the job done in less than an hour! Excellent experience.

Amazing customer service and value! Passed through Flagstaff towards the end of the business day and was brushed off by SAFELITE for a chip repair…on a very expensive windshield.
Next stop was Diamond Auto Glass who immediately jumped up to repair my damage. It took 15 minutes and they did an amazing job! Would highly recommend!

I liked how helpful and friendly they were to help me schedule my appointment and even helped with insurance claim. They were all very friendly in shop as well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was told that it would take about an hour for the job to be completed. I left and came back in an hour and my car was just being taken back to be fixed. I get that sometimes things get busy but I appreciate clear communication about timing especially since I have a toddler. I would go back again if I needed window repair.

Wow! I was scheduled for service the same day I called. I opted to go to the shop for service and was told that it would take about an hour, an hour and a half at the most, this was for a windshield replacement. I was in and out in 30 minutes! The service was top notch. It was just completed today, but I don't anticipate that I will have any issues. I hope not to need their service again, but if I do I will go back for sure.

I was able to get an appointment on my next day off for a windshield replacement. It only took about an hour and the price was reasonable from what I'd seen online. Fast, friendly service for such an important repair.
