Don’t bother making a vaccine appointment here. Stood in line for an hour after my appointment time and they only administered ONE shot to the line of people ahead of me. Missed class for nothing

I have been trying to get my prescriptions transferred for over two weeks now. I keep calling and they tell they're calling my old pharmacy "today" and will give me a call back later and I've yet to receive any calls regarding my prescriptions. Do not use this pharmacy. You'll never get your medication!

Hi I left my perscription meds in Fountain Hills and realized it in Flafstaff. I was in a panic but the Pharmasists at the CVS at the Milton location saved me. They got me renewals on my 4 meds in last than 2 days and prevented a problem for by missing meds. I want to than them very much for being diligent. I would also like to thank the Fountains Hills Target for their help.

The pharmacists are all knowledgeable and they’re also very pleasant. They show you where to find the medicines you need. I often go to this CVS because I take various meds, all necessary.

This used to be a good pharmacy but they cut the hours of the staff so much the good ones all left. Their job is to deal with sick, hurt and people with mental illness, so you would think they would have some empathy, patience and people skills. They always say they don't have refill orders from the doctor. I have 4 different docs prescribing, you can't tell me they all forget to send the refills in after every visit.Sadly, I had the same experience as others and when I disagreed with the pharmacist I was refused service. He called me afterward to tell me he transferred my RX s to a competitor pharmacy!! Corporate was NOT happy to hear that. Make the call to corporate! They are nice, helpful and want to know about this place.

I cannot even talk to a single person on the phone. Apparently I can't even refill my birth control, and I tried the bot to refill but It's making me wait a whole week. Would love to be able to talk to ONE single live person, but can't!

The pharmacists are excellent!! A woman who has worked there for years, and usually answers the ph regarding Rx questions has the worst attitude. 1 star due to the employee who answers the ph.

Staff personnel are rude and short tempered. This is probably due to the management team’s choice to keep them understaffed. I have gone to Walmart for some of my meds and found the experience much better. I have transferred my meds to Walmart during the beginning of Covid trying to avoid crowds. I understand that I can have my meds sent through the mail and choose not to since the mail system is not that reliable. Attention upper management: please work with your staff on improving customer service,

Lately they got a new guy I think is a pharmacist he just accepts they are like three or four people short and makes up for it by hauling arse. If he was not there, believe me it use to be worse, fifty people in a line not moving. In my opinion if you are not unreasonable or mean to them, they will be polite to you. Barbara may not be super fast but she knows what she's doing and tries to order stuff for me as quick as one or two days. Ninety percent of the time it is the pharmacy's fault if mistake is made or nothing filled or they forgot to order. Remember you can pick up one day early. Also don't ever argue with any pharmacist, they can ban you from a location, refuse to fill you or red flag you in the computer. Believe me you don't want that. At Walgreens on fourth they would say ok two hours, you go in two hours and they say two more hours. One lady started an argument baiting by saying something so ignorant I had to respond. She said you come in one day early every week for your pain meds and we could lose our license. I said for four fifteens a day that's funny. It is this city afraid to write real amounts of medicine that turns these kids to heroin or fentanyl losing their life because you don't want to write the safe stuff in the city. Pp ain management in this city was such a scam he tried to force me a twenty year pain management on subaxin. Then because valpiani is such a good old boy network with him even though I had A referral, t he secretary said he does not want to accept you as a patient which is his right. This is because the worthless pain management called him and said you don't want him he'll only take oxycodone or Dilaudid..yeah a whopping four fifteens where website states only last four hours, that is six a day not four but I'm told that's north country policy and they don't write and have no patience on soma. I said well flexorill is garbage, they wouldn't even write three valium tens a day for muscle spasms because I am on opiates that's too dangerous. Listen the ridiculous ninety mme ending back in April..Doug ducey was told he is an idiot so many times and people leaving state over it, he said give old chronic patients there original amount over the ninety mme which was a suggestion anyway not a ceiling. In Florida 24 hr pharm and ready in fifteen minutes. Six thirties a day is the average starting dose. They couldn't guarantee they could get me opana so I ordered Dilaudid eights after zoom out of Phoenix. If you go to phusion wellness real doctors not judgers by zoom. Give my name so I get fifty off my cash doc appt, don't take insurance, most good doctors only take cash or self pay. Insurance takes too much staff time on the phone. At least this location hires a really fast guy and is trying to get this location better.

About a year ago I had a couple unpleasant experiences here and switched to a different pharmacy. I recently decided to try this location again because they're much closer to me. It's been great and I've had only positive experiences. I take a lot of medications unfortunately and it can be annoying to handle but they've been very nice to me and my prescriptions are ready on time! It also doesn't take 30 minutes for them to answer their phones which is awesome.

Every time we deal with this pharmacy it is a nightmare. Every time! They claim the doctor didn't call in the RX, then we call him to report, he gets mad and and calls them again, and it happens again. They refuse to take credit card payments over the phone. They text us to say RX's are ready, then when we show up, tell us it will be a 30 minute wait. Terrible customer service!

They don’t answer their phones. I have covid and have been waiting 7 hours for them to fill my medication so that I don’t cough my lungs out, I think their disregard for people is gross.

I called them and they told me my meds would be ready in an hour and at most an hour and a half. I leave my house after an hour and a half and they told me I had to wait an hour. Then they couldn’t get my insurance to work even after I told them they imputed the number wrong they didn’t help very well. I will give one credit he did give me a coupon but I was just so mad at the service that i couldn’t appreciate it. They had only one person who really seem to be work. Please just go to Walgreens
