Route 66 CVS Pharmacy has earned 5 stars from me. The pharmacy has worked hand in hand with me on my two Shringrix vaccinations, information on OTC products and every question I have had on my prescriptions. As CVS is aligned with my Rx insurance, I have been pleased for 2 years now. There is something that CVS can improve, though. I run a 50/50 chance with the employee working at the check-out in front of the store. One young man is easily uncaring and rude. One time, he indicated I should check out by machine, the jerk. He was doing nothing else. No other customers. I do not like check out machines. He was unutterably lazy. Used a feeble excuse to cover. A different young man who is at the front is the polar opposite---kind, respectful, eager to help, not in a hurry to get rid of me. I have reported both on the survey listed on my receipt.

If only there was zero stars allowed... I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. With no communication days later I find out online that it is on hold due to insurance issues. I called to resolve them from home and literally ended up carrying my phone into the store, still on hold, 45 minutes later. There were 5 people in line waiting for the pharmacy and the line was not moving. I left. A few days later I returned and finally spoke with a clerk and resolved the issue, updated some information, and was told the prescription would be ready in two days. It was not. Nothing was updated and a hold was still present on the account. Due to the ineptness of the 66 CVS, I transferred the order to the Target CVS on Milton. It was filled in 30 minutes. This CVS is in disarray and chaotic. The management is non existent. I will never go there again. This prescription took over a week to get filled with multiple visits combined with online intervention. The only reason I use CVS at all is because the med I need uses a goodrx coupon and it is the cheapest here. Otherwise I would RUN to another pharmacy.

Very organized and clean. They have a lot of frozen food and snacks. The cashier was very helpful.

Everytime I call, I wait on hold for a really long time. I got to 19 minutes this time and hung up. No one EVER answers the phone! Terrible customer service. At least answer the phone and acknowledge the people calling, then place them on hold if you're busy. Let them know what's going on for goodness sakes. It aint rocket science people.

Trying to get a prescription filled from this place is a nightmare experience. They texted me that my prescription and my wife's were ready. We go there, waiting in line for the CVS standard of half an hour (if you're lucky), only to be told that they have NONE of my prescriptions, and only ONE of my wife's -- which we couldn't pick up then because it was "in process". This is but one horrible experience we have had at this CVS, but I don't have the time to write a book about it. I'm going to Walgreens' from now on.

My GF tested positive for the flu and we headed her to pick up the meds. She had recently changed insurances and the pharmacy techs kept trying to use her old insurance. 30+ minutes later they finally create a new profile or whatever and can get the transaction to go through. We were then given a 30min wait time, understandable as we just dropped off the prescription but it's hard to be patient when you have 100+ degree fever and feel nauseous. We then waited 40 minutes with no update and I go back up to the counter to ask and had to wait even more. I understand employees can only work as fast as they can but every single part of my experience here took longer than it should have and my partner had to go through this while having the flu.

Although I really like some of the pharmacists here, getting a prescription filled here is a nightmare. Be prepared to be told that it hasn't been delivered, or still hasn't been filled. I have made three trips already, and followed instructions to call prior to picking up, and it still wasn't ready. After expressing my displeasure, I was told they've been slammed since December, which didn't help me feel much better, but solidified the decision that we won't be using this pharmacy any more.

Thanks to a fast working pharmacy we were able to get my prescription transferred and filled. What a relief. We go to CVS at home but we're grateful that this CVS would gladly help us. It's nice to know when you're far from home and forgot something. They also are Very efficient at giving Covid shots and made signing up easy- they even sent a reminder and pre-check-in form to my cell.

Have been going here for 3 years for all of my pharmaceutical needs. Bruce the Pharmacist is really a good guy. Always helpful and friendly. He has a very good staff that is generally pleasant. My daughter visited this week and got hurt at Snow Bowl. Meds were ordered by the doctor and the entire staff helped with getting the meds to her quickly.

I don't care what anybody says on this yelp review page. These people are awesome. I am often clueless when I'm in a store that has multiple aisles and I can't find the one thing that I'm looking for but all I did was ask and there it was. These people are awesome

Female on phone rude, disrespectful and a total jerk over phone. Not the first time. Same thing with my wife a week ago. When went to pick up male at pharmacy was fine. So different than the cvs in Buckeye where the are super helpful.

I tried to print 1 picture here today. I have printed countless pictures at other CVS locations before, so I'm not sure what the problem with this location was. I sent the picture from my computer earlier in the day, and went about 3 hours later to pick it up. When the girl behind the counter said she didn't have any record of the photo, I sent it again from the CVS app on my phone. I received confirmation emails both times. I waited around for about 30 minutes before giving up. The girl behind the counter was fairly clueless, and had no interest in helping me out.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I printed some photos and they COMPLETELY ruined my order. Printed 3 of a bunch of randoms didn't print about 40 of the pictures I ordered and a few came out with horrible quality. When you try to contact the store it is incredibly hard. They do everything they can possibly can to not let you talk to a rep, just the stupid recording. I will never use this place again. Absolutely terrible. They also claim if you send in a decent size order it is hard for them to complete correctly. What kind of bs is that. They even asked me to go through the entire order and make a new one with the photos missing instead of printing the others. They will also tell you they can't guarantee the order to be accurate because of their instant printers. This place sucks.

I was in CVS today to pick up a prescription that was called in by my doctor so the prescription was already filled and waiting for me. I was taking care of by a young lady named Elizabeth in the pharmacy, who proceeded to tell me my that my secondary insurance was not excepted by CVS that was the first thing that went wrong. Then I had to ask her twice to call my primary insurance because she said it had expired. I know my insurance didn't expire and she also said I could just pay cash for them. I was the only person there she was taking care of after they helped somebody in front of me for about 15 minutes. Once I encouraged her to call my insurance she said I had two insurances I said good I'm glad both will pay. She said we'll see. Over the intercom the pharmacist announced that my prescription was ready as I'm standing at the counter with her, so they really never had the prescription ready for me. Elizabeth proceeded to tell me I had to get at the end of the line , So I turned around and I realized a line had formed while she was calling my insurance and it actually took me another 30 minutes to get my prescription.. One of the customers even offered to let me get in front of her, I declined didn't want to make a scene. As I'm in line an older gentleman told me the very same thing happened to him in the past at the Albuquerque CVS pharmacy. I feel I was treated very poorly as a customer purchasing items at the CVS!
