BUYER BEWARE!!! First off I want to say that everything is extremely overpriced and some staff members have really attitude problems… read the other reviews… this is nothing new… what is new is that they are selling fake products! Here is the proof. This malachite sphere was hundreds of dollars and it is completely fake! See the photos to confirm. Fraud in every way.Update: after the stores Generic response, I called them to see what could be done. They assured me that this is real malachite and this just happens to be a part that’s chrysocolla… go ahead everyone. Go look up pictures of chrysocolla… let me know when you find white powdery chrysocolla. Spoiler. You won’t. Chrysocolla is blue teal and green hues. This is fake plaster ball of some kind with a malachite like design. It’s so Obvious it’s upsetting. A nature design would not stop at surface level. This is fake.Anyways, of course they offered no help, no refund, no store credit, no apology. And demanded I show respect for there “years” in the industry. Laughable.All about the money of course.The longer I live to more I find that the saying “hippies are bad people pretending to be good people” is true.Don’t shop here. Go in a look, then buy from eBay… I mean unless you want to waste your money… eBay is cheaper and has a return policy.

Awesome little shop filled with magical stones and interesting gift ideas. We loved browsing through the shelves and found staff very friendly and helpful.

I bought a beautiful herkimer diamond and white topaz on the sides ring. It’s stunning! This shop has such a variety of crystals, Insense, books, tarot, etc. The vibe here is incredible and so is the staff.

I love this shop. It always has a warm and inviting atmosphere with staff either willing to assist or let you go at your pace. They have one of the best varieties of crystals and other unique geological goodies. My favorite thing though, is the fact that when you do need help, the staff that are warm and inviting will help you choose between the hundreds of options to make your life easier! I made a few last minute holiday gift purchases and the team were gracious enough to help ensure my surprise wasn't spoiled by those joining me! Always worth a visit when in flag!

This is one of the top 5 places to visit when you are in Flagstaff. Friendly staff and amazing crystals and fantastic metaphysical products. This place is a must see... tip-park across the street at the Visitor center $1.00 an hour.

I could not speak highly enough of this store or the helpful staff. The selection is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen. Everything from small inexpensive gifts all the way to some of the finest rare additions to any high end collection. Triniti and Morgan went well above and beyond in assisting me today on several rather high end purchases. My selections were carefully and lovingly prepared for transport. Their knowledge and skill were very much appreciated and I recommend Crystal Magic very highly. I look forward to my next visit to Flagstaff, I will certainly be a return customer. ~Chris

An amazing crystal and spiritual shop. The minute my wife and I walked in this morning we felt the positive vibe and energy. We will definitely visit again when we return to Flagstaff.

Some stuff was miss-labled. Some stuff was really over priced and other stuff was reasonable. Extremely unique large array of many different kinds of gems. If you can ignore the high pricing and the very occasional miss labling the shop is absolutely wonderful. I have a lot of knowledge on crystals and gems and I know many different types, so I was very surprised when I found a few rocks I've never seen before. Beautiful rocks and nice atmosphere. They have some metaphysical things mixed in too.

Beautiful rocks, pricey but beautiful and unique and big. I do wish they had more pyramid options. I plan to return here after I save up skme money to get some. Whether you buy some or not I highly highly recommend you visit Magic Crystal in your lifetime! Beautifully organized too. My favorites are the rock tree center pieces.

If you believe in crystal healing/powers or not, you cannot deny the beauty. These stones are perfectly carved. This is a reputable company with affordable crystals. I have been coming out to this spot since I was much younger. I always found something so captivating inside to pick out.
