I am thankful to this Cricket location… Lex and the other coworker did a *fabulous* job helping me after my phone (and wallet) was stolen. Lex helped me get the new phone going again and trouble shoot issues. They were quite professional, lighthearted, and kind during my time of upset and intensity. I always drive to the Flagstaff Crickets from Sedona, because the one closest to me in Cottonwood is awful and not even there in hours they are scheduled to be.This location, however, gets a huge kudos!

I am no longer a cricket customer after being one since 2009 I stopped using them the first of September they have no customer loyalty and over priced.
