Rick, was great!! Hands down given the situation he was prompt very professional.
He got me out of a bad situation. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we got to a hotel, He even stopped by the hotel to let me drop my luggage off. Before dropping my car off at the repair shop Then giving me a ride back to the hotel! I can't say thank you enough.I highly recommend!!!

Guy tells me 5-10 minutes, 30 minutes later tells me he's almost there, be there soon... 30 more minutes later he finally arrives, meanwhile I'm stuck on the side of the road in a lightning storm and heavy rains at almost 8pm after working an 11 hour shift... Took the guy 20+ minutes to get my car loaded up, another 20+ minutes to get it off his truck once at the lot it needed to be delivered to...
Don't tell a customer a time frame you cannot keep...

Super nice. Did a great job and got us out of a jam on a Sunday late afternoon. Not only did Ray drive the 50 miles out to come save us he called a few repair shops he knew to get us in at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

We were stranded in the snow a block away from our home. Other tow companies were not helpful or friendly at all but the folks here were so kind. We didn’t get to work with them because we were able to get help from a neighbor but they we ready to come help us and added us to their already busy schedule. Please note this was after a snow storm and unplowed streets, they were still friendly and ready to help!! Highly recommend them!!

We had to use Country Club towing during one of the worst days of our lives. Our truck was totaled in an accident and we were both shaken up and not sure what to do. Our driver was so kind during the loading and drive over two hours to where we could stay safely.The next day we had to get the stuff out of our truck and he met us at the yard earlier than they usually open so we could get on our way home.You don't really appreciate how your vehicle messages you feel secure until you lose it hundreds of miles from home. County Club Towing did everything they could to make sure we felt like we were taken care of until we could get our bearings. I definitely recommend them for any of your towing and automotive needs.

Called to request a tow to my auto mechanic, and the owner answered with "What!?" I explained the situation and he agreed to come in 45 minutes, but mentioned nothing about fees/costs. When I asked how much it would be, he became agitated and barked back "$95.00 hookup fee!" angrily. I asked what a hookup fee was, and if there were other costs involved. The owner mentioned something about "mileage" but then condescendingly said "it costs $95.00 to bring it to your mechanic OK. You want me to come or NOT!?" I said I didn't, considering the rudeness and lack of details.
