Great parking, fuel, wide parking spaces, ADA compliant accessibility, inside travel plaza you can see Fizz carbonated sida being made to sell, pristine clean shopping area for foods, quick snacks, coffees, souvenirs etc.
The staff are sooo nice and helpful and the prices are better than most truck stop travel stores. Definitely stop in and try the made on premises Fizz sodas in glass bottles in a variety of flavours.”
“Clean bathrooms, friendly staff and lots of snack and drink options. My favorite thing was they had fresh whipping cream in the cans to out on your beverages! I got a hot chocolate and put some on top and it made my morning and started off my long drive on a high note. I have never seen that before just cans sitting in ice. Way to go Swift!”
“Clean restrooms and reasonable gas prices. It's on business 40, but don't let that discourage you from stopping in for your travel needs. The coffee was hot and fresh at 11:45 a.m. so they keep an eye on everything that can make or ruin a travelers pit stop, and I appreciate that.Happy Travels,James”

“This gas station was one of the cleanest gas/mini marts I have ever frequented. The resteooms were huge and so clean. They even had a little stool you could use to help make it easier for children to wash their hands. Brilliant addition! The staff was inviting and friendly.”

“The postal annex here is the best with friendly and efficient staff and the location is so convenient rather than going all the way into Flagstaff to their main post office. Silver Saddle staff are always friendly and the place is so clean. The gas prices are very competitive also. It's a great stop for gas, propane, snacks, drinks and fun stuff for kids as you pass through. Look for the wild iron mustang on the corner of Silver Saddle and Hwy 89.”
“Wow! What an excellent experience we had at Spedi Car Wash today. We unfortunately encountered a paint can that splashed on our new car. It was on the passenger side and even in wheel wells. After attempting to clean it at home, we went to the self service car wash. No luck! Then we drove thru the automatic car wash. The employee, Peyton, took over and used the high power washer and diligently cleaned the car with multiple sprays! Amazing!!! Special thanks to Peyton! You're the best!”
“They have things you need when you don't want to drive all the way into town. It's a small store so they don't have a large selection, but if that's what you want then make the drive. Very friendly staff and they seem to always have our favorite treats, ice cream!”

“Quick and easy location to get in/out. They have a solid selection of discount beers, so it's always fun to see what they have available. I've always had very pleasant interactions with all the workers there and feel like they recognize me when I go. I wish the hot food prep area had longer/better hours as it seems they close rather early and weekend hours are pretty much non-existent.”
“This store has always been a "go to" for locals because prices are good; they have a Post Office annex; and there are Arizona souvenirs that are fun, not junky. The employees are exceptionally friendly, competent and courteous. But the big plus is "Pie Guy" pies made right in Flagstaff. This morning, the pies were still warm and are gone by the end of the day. Thank you for buying local, especially when the prices aren't all that much higher and you are helping support a fine staff.”

“Went to this gas station and service was great. The bathroom had just been cleaned and had a sign on it but only because she (Erica) had just cleaned it. She still said don’t worry about it, it’s okay. Crazy because I’ve been to this town several times and never had someone be so nice about a bathroom. Erica is a good representative of customer service which is lost these days.”
