While I can't review their work, because we didn't end up getting any work done, I can speak to their exemplary integrity. My husband and I were in town for the day when our truck began having mechanical problems. We brought it in and the shop looked it over. They called us a few hours later to let us know the problem. We needed to get back home and couldn't stay the night to get it fixed. The mechanic assured us that it was safe to drive and on top of this, they didn't charge us a dime! I would recommend Complete Car Care to anyone in the area!

This place was awesome! They are OPEN ON SUNDAYS were kind, take first come first serve and made me feel welcome the moment I walked in (I am very intimidated of car places because I have no knowledge) and the owner was awesome and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you!!!

My wife and I and our three children were on a family vacation road tripping in the area. Of course the A/C goes out and shortly thereafter a lovely burnt serpentine aroma wafts into our nostrils, coupled with smoke billowing from the hood. It wouldn’t be an adventure without a proper desert breakdown. This outfit was able to fit us in within a very reasonable amount of time (On A Sunday! Of all days! Hallelujah the Lord God works on Sundays too my friend!). They were very open and communicated effectively about the problem and the solution. They sought approval prior to work performance. They didn’t gouge us on price; it was very reasonable in my opinion. We were back up and running in no time, relatively speaking. What more could one ask from an excellent mechanic? Thank you Nationwide Transmission! May the Lord God expand your business, protect you from harm, and transform all your team into His likeness.

Family was camping between Williams and Flagstaff. The radiator hose broke on my SUV. I was able to drop the SUV off at the shop after hours on Saturday and the repair was done by 4pm on Sunday! Good price and very easy to work with! Thank you!

This place is amazing, They let me stay in my campervan when I got towed in late in the day. They got me in first thing in the morning and had me up and running in a few hours. Great customer service and a very reasonable price,

My car has been having an intermittent starting issue for months. I completely understand that it's a difficult problem to diagnose, but no mechanic I took my car to wanted to take the time to look at it. All they did was some basic testing then gave me back the car, claiming that there's no problem with it. It made me frustrated because I rely on my car for work and this problem could easily leave me stranded somewhere.
I reached out to Complete Auto Care and explained the problem to them. Even though they couldn't guarantee a diagnosis, they were happy to actually take the time to look at my car. One of their mechanics is very experienced and he managed to find the issue. I never expected the wrong size spark plugs to cause an intermittent starting issue, but I'm glad that it's finally been diagnosed. I really enjoyed talking with everyone there, too. There's no doubt that I will be coming here for now on to get my car fixed. I can't thank these guys enough for their kindness and dedication in their work! It's difficult to find a place like this anymore.

Exact words: I don't have the time to quote you on this or that. Bring it in! It was a simple quote for brake pads and rotors. Imagine a more complex job. Stay away folks!

Nice guys who helped us quickly diagnose and fix an odd part on our C-class RV while traveling across the country. Putting it on the lift helped them clearly see the issue, and they even let us come see it for ourselves before deciding our next move. Although it took a few days of us and them searching for the part that needing replacing, we kept in good communication, and they fixed it quickly as soon as it was received. Reasonable prices and a cool hotel nearby with excellent restaurants in town. Not an terrible place to get stuck for a few days with vehicle troubles!

They did a good job on my RV breaks last year. A big job. They charged a fair price and treated me well. This year they wanted to charge me $165 just to put a bolt back in the engine. I wonder what's changed over there. It seems there's greed over reputation everywhere you go now.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend. They lied about when they would check my vehicle and what was wrong. Told me they would look at it and it was in the shop. Come to find out they didn’t even look at it at all.

Complete car care took amazing care of me and my vehicle. My alternator went out, and they were able to fit me in the same day, which was a God send.
