Been temporarily closed over a year now. Time for tellers to return so I can easily get my cashiers check without having to go all the way downtown. Your across the street from where I live, I shouldn't have to go downtown to do my banking. Unless you update your ATMs so let me get a cashiers check.

This bank has tellers that are always courteous. They have two kiosks that help minimize wait time. Yes, if you don't schedule an appointment even if you have a quick item/question, other than the teller's services, you will wait an hour or more, or they will tell you no one available. This is new for me for general branch services. They should have a person that can handle walk-Ins specifically or another teller that can provide that extra level accommodation which should not require an appointment. But, overall, I have a good experience w the service from the tellers or once I am able to get w a banker. They are always genuine & resolve my item.

I hate this chase bank. They have you waiting forever just to talk to someone. Take the time to go the extra mile to the chase downtown or ANYwhere else but here. Good architecture but poor customer service.

The customer service here is unlike anything that I have been to before. I had come in to do a deposit and someone had noticed something wrong with my account they quickly called over a manager and he helped me immediately. He did all that he could very quickly to help me figure out what the problem was. He was a very apologetic even though it was not his fault in the least bit. It had been a miscommunication when setting up the account he made sure that everything was to my liking prior to me leaving. Normally I'm not a big fan of big Banks that's so far Chase Bank is winning. Thank you Mr McKay for all your help and if this is how well the branch manager responds to a problem I would assume the rest of the crew is taking notes.

Chase as a bank is only interested in getting your money. They have little interest in really helping clients or their businesses. They really excel at collecting fees and telling you why they can't help you with financial matters.

Stopped in to make a deposit and was treated like dog excrement by the teller and treated to an eye rolling sneer by another one. If the folks at my home branch weren't such great people, I'd close my account. The attitude here stinks!

I'm very happy with this location. The customer service is good and I had no problems at all with my deposits and withdrawals. Not much to ask for from a bank other than transactions going through smoothly and I have not had any problems. Definitely recommend it. Thank you very much keep up the good work.

Worst customer service ever - only 2 teller lines and they take forever. Tellers are continuously rude and if you have questions they will tell you to go find someone else to answer them.

Worst bank on the planet. My friend recieved a bad check and chase bank repeatedly told me that the check was not fraudulent. So when she used the money and didnt have it anymore, chase then called to tell her it was fraudulent. Yes after I spoke with multiple managers making sure the check was okay. Because of this they closed her account and flagged her as "fraudulent". Even after paying the debt off, which she was not even responsible for, they made it so there was no way she could open bank accounts in any bank. So basically after ruining her financial reputation, they just told us there was nothing they could do. Yep...

Great location right off I-17 and I-40. Right by Northern Arizona University (NAU). Lanes are very lit and have lots of parking during busy business days. If you don't like the drive-up ATM, there's also another one in the lobby.

Drive-through ATM, and the option of a driven-through teller window? Sold. Only had a check to deposit and a few dead presidents to steal away for travelin' cash, it was quick 'n easy in and out.
