someone who I never met and don't know deposited two altered checks in my account so chase being a neighborhood bank keep 5 of my social security direct deposit checks so I had nothing to live on but they got billions in 2007 bail out and sure don't care about me so to me they don't exsist. chase you suck

It's hard to be as bad as Wells Fargo, but you are neck and neck with them. The lobby is still closed, your employees hate you, your customers hate you and you won't even try to better yourself. I waited 50 minutes in your drive through line on Saturday, and 25 minutes on Tuesday. Flagstaff business men and women depend upon banks in order to function. You have become a cog in the wheel...a major roadblock for this country to move on. Your customers have lost faith in you and this will be impossible to get back.I am encouraging everyone to keep a large amount of cash on hand, because it will be IMPOSSIBLE to get what you need out of this bank or any other bank during an emergency.

I try to be a positive reviewer but I have nothing nice to say here. I have switched banks recently to Chase bank because I was sick of BofA. What a major mistake. This bank is by far the worst in customer service, wait times, and location availability. Last year they shut down the lobby for obvious reasons but they must be saving a ton of money by not having employees because they have yet to open the doors still. But do not worry they are not closed entirely they still have the drive-trough open. If you use their drive-trough make sure you have a full tank of gas and you bring lunch because you are in for a wait. I had a simple deposit and got in line with 6 other cars. 1.5 hours later I got to the window. Not a single word was spoken and for the first 10 min there was no one at the window. Soon after we sold our car and went to deposit the cash. The amount was too large for the atm so we set off on an awesome game called find an open location. The line was too long in the drive-through so I was not going to make that mistake again and I didn't even bring lunch so I went to the Milton location. But guess what they were closed I tried one more location and it became clear that I was not going to do any banking that day. What a joke. For a entity as large as Chase this is absolutely unacceptable. Get it together!!

If your lobby is not going to be open, have more tellers working the drive thru. Waited in drive thru for 45 mintues or more to do a deposit.

If your lobby is closed one more day I am going to fire you. You didn’t even have a sign up for half the day yesterday and your door was just locked. Looked in the window and the people sitting behind the counter were just sitting down chatting. Went to the drive through and the line was so long i knew I didn’t have time to get in it. Do better or I will find a different bank

If I could give this bank zero stars, I would. The rudest tellers. Luke, the branch manager, is so rude and unhelpful. If I weren't a Chase customer for years, and didn't have other branches to go to, I would close my account immediately.

I came in with a small bag of coins to deposit and they wouldn't let me. To top it off, they don't even have a coin machine. What a useless bank...I have to think about moving to a different bank.

Ridiculous wait time for the drive through. They've closed the lobby and we've been waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through that had only 3 vehicles in front of us.

My account was closed due to fraud, and Nubya was there to assist my needs to the full extend and really made me feel cared for as a customer. She has a great and cheerful attitude which is really needed during these hard times with Covid-19 and certainly knows her banking information. She is yet another reason why I chose to bank with Chase, thank you Nubya.
