I used to love this bank so much when I first got an account here. Since then it’s gone downhill a bit, especially since Covid. You can’t do anything in person, aside from visiting a teller unless you schedule an appointment. This is typically is a 1-2 week wait. If you only need a quick notary, I find this silly to have to wait so long. The tellers who I have communicated with have always been friendly. The vibe inside is so dreadful compared to other banks that are lively with music playing. The atm machines in the drive through area are consistently having issues. Won’t take cash deposits, having error codes when you try and get money out. It’s very frustrating. I am only giving it 3 stars out of 5 because of how friendly the tellers are, and because of how good the customer service folks are if you have to call in.

My 18 year old daughter went to open a savings account here the other day. The banker insisted she get a credit card because of the cash back rewards. I'm furious. No! A broke college kid with no job doesn't need a credit card. Shame on you Chase!

This branch is understaffed (with people that can’t be bothered), ATMs are under repair more than working, outside ATMs are serviced (closed) during the day more often than one would imagine, and every time I swing by there is a sign explaining why they can’t do their job (sorry ATM broken, please drive across town).Chase corporate should shut this branch down, or at least replace all management and issue apologies to all current clients.

Terrible experience. Literally stole money out of my account then froze my account and told me to bad when I told them I can't buy food or pay rent. One of the worst banks I have ever been toEdit/ update: raised it to 2 stars because the branch manager reimbursed me for all the late fees

Chase as a company doesn't care about its customers. They give you the run around whenever you have a problem. Even if the branch Manager is doing everything in her power to help Chases corporate side is at odds with the local branches and stops the local store from helping. I didn't even know a bank could make an experience so bad but hats off to you Chase!

No public restroom. Cool no perks for a 20 year customer. Ample parking. Thought about peeing on tree outside

Chase allowed a thief to open an account in my name and stole a large amount of money right out of my account at Chase. The thief opened the account with an accomplice named Keefe Williams. I went to this branch for help and they gave me zero help. Total incompetence at Chase. Military, stay away.

came in with a credit card concern after a long days work/months end. in just about two minutes was greeted by a very kind banker (blonde guy with lifted truck can’t remember his name) he answered all of my questions and was very friendly.

I have had issues with Chase in the past for numerous reasons - mostly dealing with unnecessary technicalities and poor communication from teller to customer.I have worked with Lorraine as teller twice, and both times it was a smooth, pleasant experience. I hope to work with her again in the future.

Do yourself a favor and don't bank with Chase in general or this branch. I banked with Chase for about 11 years and can't recall a time they actively worked to help secure a loan or provide outstanding services despite excellent credit and consistently banking with them. It's also incredibly problematic that this branch has been completely closed for nearly a year. I understand closing down for a little due to the pandemic, but nearly every other bank in Flagstaff has opened back up with social distancing guidelines in order to still serve their customers in a safe manner. This indicates to me that Chase is simply too big for Flagstaff, and isn't truly invested in their clients. I shouldn't need to take out rent in $20s at the ATM every month instead of being able to cautiously speak to someone in the lobby in order to get a money order or check written out. Only having ATM services available puts people at risk, and the corporation simply doesn't care. There have been a lot of examples of poor banking with them over the years, but the short of the story is don't bank with Chase. My only regret is staying with them for so long.

Been temporarily closed over a year now. Time for tellers to return so I can easily get my cashiers check without having to go all the way downtown. Your across the street from where I live, I shouldn't have to go downtown to do my banking. Unless you update your ATMs so let me get a cashiers check.
