SUCKS LARGE. ONLINE AGENT SAID I COULD GET NEW LAPTOP AND GET DATA TRANSFERED FROM OLD LAPTOP SAME DAY. I DROVE 4 HRS TO GET HERE. NOW THEY WONT DO IT WITHOUT AN APPT. I LIVE VERY REMOTE AND ONLY GET TO FLAGSTAFF ONCE A MONTH. I HAVE PURCHASED A LOT FROM BEST BUY BUT WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.

I bought a Sony TV which stopped working about a week later. Called the Geek Squad and had to wait 2 weeks even have the technicians to look at it. They spent 2 mins and left but said they don't have parts and had to be ordered. Two weeks later, the geek squad "attempted" to fix the TV but still didn't work. They later put in a request to take further step to see if the tv needs replacement. It's 3 weeks now with now update and the best buy store can't get a hold of the geek squad technician. This Best Buy has fallen so far and give you nothing but the run around. I will never buy a thing from this BB now.

Went through AppleCare+ to have the screen and battery replaced on my iPhone. They sent me to Best Buy in Flagstaff. First I was told that my phone wouldn't even be looked at for four hours because one of the tech called out slick. Then I was told the parts needed weren't in stock and if they ordered them I had to leave my phone until the parts came in. Really! Why would they even set up an appointment if the parts weren't available on the date of the appointment. I plan to request re-imbursement from Apple after I pay out of pocket to have the work done at another location.

Decent deals if you comparison-shop beforehand; otherwise, overpriced. Chat support lies to you so don't expect adequate online customer service. BB is an end stage company; Google it.

Sooo much better than buying from Amazon. Store staff are friendly/helpful, they sell brands you've heard of, you can see products before you buy, you can buy online and pick up in store... seriously glad Best Buy has survived as a retailer.
