I had the pleasure of working with Erik. I called and left a quick message. I was in a bind I needed 4 L16 solar batteries at 4 pm on a Friday. I feared that these folks were not in the office. I got a call back, Erik was making a quick Friday afternoon delivery. He and I spoke, recognizing that I was making sure that my mother who lives off grid had electricity this weekend. Erik has the batteries prepped and ready for me shortly before 5pm... closing time. Erik was pleasant and a good person to run this branch!

Outstanding customer service, Erik took care of all of our battery needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I will be buying all of my batteries from him from here on, and telling everyone I know to do the same!

Girls trip continues! Thank you to Richard for installing a new battery for us as we were traveling from Williams to Sedona and needed a new battery. He was outstanding his customer service is above and beyond door to door service.

Nothing short of fantastic! We were traveling from New Mexico up to Utah and our battery suddenly died in AZ. I got jump-started and called Battery Systems and Gunner said he had our battery and he would install it immediately so we could get back on the road! Well done Battery Systems! Felt like the good old days when neighbors helped each other out in a pinch.

Excellent experience getting new deep cycle batteries for my RV. Staff was helpful, quick, and even helped me source new 4/0 cables to replace my terrible corroded ones. Highly recommended!

We had a really wonderful experience here. Kenny was incredibly helpful with our problems, we had two dead deep cycle golf batteries that we thought needed replacing. He was able to direct us to potential upgrades but ultimately was able to test them and told us they were fine and had no dead cells. We were very pleasantly surprised by his honesty and ability to teach us about our battery issues. In the future if we have any battery needs we will absolutely be returning and recommending Battery Systems of Flagstaff to friends and family.

I called Batteries systems of Flagstaff, and was shocked by the customer service these gentleman provided. You don't see customer service like this anymore. After talking to Richard on the phone I knew I wanted to do business with this company.
