Stopped in specifically for the Starbucks. I'm traveling and didn't need groceries. The store itself seemed clean and had a nice layout, shelves sufficiently stocked.
However, the bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING! The management here is definitely very lax on keeping up with employees duties and making sure they follow through. The condition of the bathroom shows it hasn't had attention in some time!
The toilet wont properly flush, dirty socks and clothing on the floor, used toilet paper on floor etc.
NASTY!

I had to use the restroom and aside from having no toilet paper it’s absolutely disgusting filthy with soiled toilet paper littering the floor and empty alcohol shooters on the ground its 8 am so it should have been cleaned last night at closing or for this morning first thing

This must be the rudest Bashes I have been to. The employees stand around while you have to ring up your own groceries and don't ask for help, they make you feel stupid . I don't see the prices coming down for all the free help they get from us ringing up our own groceries. I'll go to safeway instead. Much nicer people there

The organic apple juice we bought here had gone bad, stinky and foaming. So next time I was in the area, I brought the bottle and the receipt. Customer service desk was closed, so I had to deal with a lady at the till. She eyed me suspiciously and said I should have kept the bad juice and brought it. Luckily a manager walked by and approved me exchanging the bottle.

Otherwise, there is WholeFoods, Sprouts, Safeways. All better.

This place has been going down hill for years now but it’s easily the worst grocery store on the west side of town. Between bad produce and employees who act like every interaction with them is the most difficult task they have ever had to take on this place isn’t worth the convenience of its location. Todays final straw was brought to you by the fact that the person at the front desk was too busy doing nothing to return the glass milk jugs that they happy to sell but act like it’s a huge burden to return. It’s only another block up to go to a grocery store where you don’t have to deal with this nonsense.

I purchased a 3rd party gift card at this location, among other groceries, and the cashier did not place the gift card in my bags. I left and realized when I had gotten home. I called the store and they said they had the gift card and would hold it for me. When I returned 2 days later, the manager on duty claimed he never heard about the situation and could not find the gift card. I had to ask if he would take down my number and let me know when they find it. He had his arms crossed and acted like he could care less. This location is going down hill sadly.

It's always clean and the people have always been cheery. I went in on senior day, got the sushi I like (love the deli) and the girl at the checkout had me smiling at the register. Who does that ... leave a store smiling?

Dude as if this place could t get worse they let so eone probably one of the employees put their groceries in the ice freezers I. The front across from the starbucks, food and everything fell out of one bag and there's crumbs and food debris inside their ice machine this was Sunday July 21 this place is a cross contamination nightmare I wouldn't trust a single thing from any of the departments any more. Don't go to the customer service desk if you need anything done with any kind of speed or urgency I got there at 4:45 had one person in front of me and I still didn't make it to the bank by 5 that was right across the street, guy does his job but he does it so slow if you can avoid this place you'll save more time driving somewhere else no where else takes that long to send money threw Western Union and get a money order. 15 minutes to help 2 people is beyond ridiculous won't be coming back I know better now, it's a shame the sushi bar is on point if I could give him 5 stars alone I would. I'd rather go out of my way to SAVE TIME instead of go to the place right next to where I needed to go super inconvenient and ironic...

They had everything we needed that Sageway didn't offer, great Pinot Grigio wine for a change, Zaccanini and Ecco Domani, also excellent foods, cheeses, salami, uncured, checker was nice

The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 is because the water refill machines out front are out of order. For some reason I can't find these machines anywhere else in Flagstaff, so it's a pretty big annoyance.

Very slim options for vegans even no vegan toilet paper this place needs accommodate to vegans. We dont enjoy shopping here do to the lack of vegan supplies and no testing on animal products

edit: as of 2024 they don't have cashiers after 9 PM, 1 of the 2 employees talking to each other at register 3 told me he was alone and couldn't help me?
sad to say I went to Walmart for better service?♀️
maybe put a sign on the door saying no cashiers available at night so us old farts don't waste our remaining time lol
