Tell me why you only have one teller on a Saturday in which you're the only Bank of America open in town. Absolutely ridiculous.

I am a fan of this particular branch! I am POA for my father. Dealing with banking for someone other than yourself can be a bureaucracy nightmare! However the tellers and bankers at this location, are understanding and compassionate, Problem solving!

They don't answer the phone and the "help" they give is help you could give yourself. They are worthless here get some better employees. How is everyone busy and the store opened 3 minutes ago?

Went in to cash a 5k check and the cashier looked at me and then told me how she couldn't cash the check (I'm a black man), all for her supervisor to come out and cash it with no problem. No where on the banks website or even online does it give any restrictions to cash a check that size but I was addressed as if I was trying to commit fraud. Hate this place

This is a review of my experience with one associate (Daniel) not the branch as a whole. However, I did overhear a teller provide welcoming, professional assistance while I was waiting. Daniel provided professional yet personable service. It was good to brainstorm with him to hone in on my needs and then to see him consider and discuss with me the various options B of A to support me. So far, the alerts and new account are meeting my needs quite nicely.

Wanted to give no stars but it made me give at least one. My wife and I scheduled an appointment with them and came about 10 minutes early. From my experience they do not value younger customers (I'm in my early 20s) and put others above us. We waited about 30 minutes before We got frustrated and left. Not going back. This location has historically given bad advice which led to many phone calls and more banks visits. I'm over it. My wife will be cancelling her accounts.

I recently visited another bank (not BofA) where I was not a customer in order to change out some $20s, $10s, and $5s for $1s. That bank teller informed me that because I was not a customer that the maximum amount I could change over was $20. She offered that the Chase bank down the street would be able to change up to $100. I find this frustrating and asked where the nearest BofA location is. I found this branch and was greeted by very friendly tellers. They didn't ask to see my debit card even though I am a customer. She quickly and accurately changed over the cash and I was on my way!! Appreciate the great service and helpfulness of this bank!

Read the reviews. You will HATE this bank. Long lines and policies that are not customer-centric, in general. I need to pay rent today and cant due to the utter ineptitude of this branch. They did not set up my card withrawing limit in the amount as discussed, they made it temporary so it expired quickly, and last I was in the branch, the manager said the ATM outside is not their problem, that Id need to call the number out there. It had NOTHING to do with the ATM but rather, the mindless branch employees. So, yah, the branch is closed (because they have ridiculously short hours compared to other banks that have extended evening hours) and the 800 wait is astronomical. Ive been on the phone 3 times with my home branch in Encinitas, a much better branch, and they cant even fix this mess. Money is there, no can use... Run, gallop, leap, ...but dont trust your valuable financial life with this bank. In general, boa, or this branch!

Need to hire more tellers. Waited in line for such a long time and they only had 2 tellers for a Friday.
