If I could give zero stars I would. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I'm not going to go into details because this should say it all right here- I live less than 1000 feet away from Babbitt Ford. And I will be driving my Ford to a different service department over an hour away because I do not trust them with my vehicle. That I bought from THEIR sales department. Ain't that something! Unprofessional, rude, and untrustworthy. I will say the last time I had my vehicle serviced there I was told it would be ready by end of day and I would receive a call. Upon asking multiple times I was ensured it would be ready by end of day. I had to commute an hour to work the next day and only have one vehicle. No one called me. I walked over there. Everyone is gone. Only girl left could not find my keys. It literally took her at least 30 minutes. There is not a singular chair in the service department for customers to sit in. While she was saying things like "I don't want to work up here anymore" (in the service department because it is clearly so unorganized). She seemed like she was expecting me to give up hope on even getting my vehicle back. Insanity. So once she finally finds my keys and I go find my car in their lot and get in it I can't believe my eyes. My passenger door was left OPEN. The electrical had already shut itself after running for however long. And my Bronco Sport is sitting on the side of Route 66 with the door open. And they did not plan on me retrieving it that day either. That is just a CRUMB of my experience. I love my car but I have loathed my experience with the service deportment. It's really no way to treat people who have invested tens of thousands of dollars on a car from your sales team. Sales team is awesome by the way I've actually called them when I can't get the service department on the phone and they have helped me. The employees in the service department are rude, unprofessional, and the second hand smoke smell in there is enough to choke on. I hesitated to leave this review until I saw all the other ones.

We were traveling in Flagstaff on an extended trip, and only had one more day in the area when our oil change service light went on. We went into Babbitt Ford with no appointment, explained our situation, and they had us in and out in about an hour. Very professional, quality service!

If I could give no stars that would be ideal. I was looking to trade in my vehicle for a F-250 they have on the lot with 137k on it. The salesman Todd was very friendly however there were some red flags. I was told the front bumper was replaced due some damage on the driver side front end and the vehicle has not yet been through detail. I personally don't mind seeing any vehicle before it's detailed because you can see how the last owner took care of it to some degree. When I came to look at the truck the front bumper appeared to be repaired vs replaced. Overspray can be seen under the LF headlight all over the rubber insert and there is damage to the center of the bumper and passenger side end by the fender. The oil filter has oil dripping off of it which leads me to believe this vehicle either wasn't serviced or the oil filter was loose. I don't know however we took it for a test drive and over all it drives good with the exception of the steering wheel is off to the left and the truck pulls quite hard to the left. Left front bumper damage and a pull to the left somehow wasn't addressed by service. With all of this I was still interested to see where the numbers were and this is where things took a turn like I have never experienced before. Todd came back in with the offer and the very first thing I noticed was the price on the internet did not match the selling price. I was told there was a 2k discount for the online vehicle and MSRP was 39k. I immediately questioned this because everywhere on the dealers website stated the price is 37,950 and no mention of only online pricing or discount just straight up 37,950. Apparently asking the sales manager this irritated him and he then was yelling at me in front of my wife and child. Apparently people get made when you catch them falsely advertising prices online. I was told that I needed to do my homework before buying a vehicle next time but we never got to negotiate anything because I caught this deanship being deceptive. I took my keys and left. I will never consider Babbit for a vehicle/service ever and will be very vocal around the area about them. Unfortunately this dealership cannot be trusted. This is the first time I have ever been to a dealership where the price of a vehicle was inflated up then given a discount back down to the advertised price making it look like they gave me a deal. I was told I was given 2K off because they liked me. Buyer BEWARE!

Nate jr is a savior work with my mother all the way in n.y to purchase a new truck . He was very knowledgeable and polite. And actually drove the truck to me over a hour away ... Hands down highly recommend..." Don't go with the dealer trying to f you like a rabbit go with babbit". New slogan 2025 lmao jk. There the best

I returned to Babbitt Ford to customize my truck even further. I was assisted by Braydn Sorensen in the parts department. Braydn went above and beyond what would normally be expected to make sure i got the exact parts that I needed. I feel that Braydn is a real asset to Babbitt Ford.
I am very happy with my experience buying a new truck at Babbitt Ford. Fritz, Nate and the rest of the team did an excellent job!

Candace and Andrew are absolutely amazing! My family and I were on a road trip from Tacoma, WA to the Grand Canyon. On our way out of Williams, AZ (where we were camping with our trailer) our check engine light came on and was flashing. I don't know much about trucks, but I do know that you aren't going far with that thing flashing! We were able to make it to Flagstaff where I explained the problem to Candace and although they were only a couple of hours from closing for the weekend and I believe Andrew wasn't even scheduled to work that day, they went above and beyond to help us immediately and get us back on the road. After about 2 hours I received a call from Candace asking, "Are you ready to leave?" She said the technician, Andrew, identified the main problem as a bad spark plug and also said there was a recall for our truck and they addressed that service as well. 1400 miles later, here we are back in Tacoma, WA. I am so thankful for Candace's compassion for us in a very stressful situation and for Andrew's dedication to helping people when they need it most! Thank you so much Candace and Andrew! You guys rock!!!

I had to take my new to me F-150 there because I only had one key and I started messing around with the mykey settings and I put all kinds of restrictions on my truck. I was able to schedule service online within one day took my vehicle there for the assessment. Wesley took care of me and he was absolutely great. He provided me a quote within about 30 minutes. I have an aftermarket service plan. I asked Wesley to not even waste his time calling them as I did not believe they would cover a key. Wesley called him anyway and got the whole thing covered I didn't pay a dime. That spoke volumes to me because like I said I asked Wesley not to waste his time by calling them as I believed they would not cover it and he did anyway saving me tons of money.

We were very happy with our experience and purchase experience with Nate P Jr. & Sr. Nate Jr. Our salesman was very patient with us and answered all of our questions regarding our Bronco Wildtrack. We never felt pressured, which is always a plus when you stop by just to look and see what is available. Nate Sr. Did an excellent job with the final paperwork and trying to get us the best finance deal possible.

I scheduled an appointment online due to a recall notice. Since i was taking it in anyway i thought I'd add on a "light line repair". Since one of my beams was not working correctly. I assumed that since it says"repair" in the description that it would be repaired. It was not. It was diagnosed. For 150 dollars. I told them what was wrong and asked for it to be repaired i did not ask for a diagnosis. This was the first shady thing that happened. The second thing was that they said i told them the check engine light was on, i did not do this because it was not on. When i picked up the truck it still was but on. And to this day is not on. So shady thing part two lead to another 150 dollar charge. For a code that does not exist. Since my appointment i have had time to check the codes myself and there is no code because no check engine light was ever on. Also their diagnosis isn't having any effect on drivability. So the code they made up and wanted to charge me another 1000 plus dollars to repair is non existent. This is completely wrong and i should be reimbursed for both charges. I did not have the time or patience to argue at the time. But now that i have confirmed that no code exists this should be reimbursed. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a dealership and they have lost my business forever. This is a warning to anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there. They are dishonest and do not treat their customers with respect.
