“Ended up having to stop here in the middle of a monsoon after an issue with our rental car when the rental car company refused to do anything helpful about it. Not only was staff friendly and helpful, but he even came out to check our check engine light in the middle of the worst of the storm. Though we weren't able to come up with a solution there, he had helpful advice and was so patient. Shoutout to Ricky for being amazing!”

“Costumer service is A+ 10 stars worthy. Came in for a battery replacement. Old battery was badly corroded. They helped me pick the right battery, dealt with the corrosion, and replaced it. Also let me know the corrosion ate into the red post terminal. They helped me get the correct part and replaced it for me. They saved me so much time and money and didn't have to go to a mechanic. Will absolutely be coming back to this location for ALL my car needs. Give shout out to the assistant manager Kevin for making this simple and stressfree.”
“I had the pleasure of working with Erik. I called and left a quick message. I was in a bind I needed 4 L16 solar batteries at 4 pm on a Friday. I feared that these folks were not in the office. I got a call back, Erik was making a quick Friday afternoon delivery. He and I spoke, recognizing that I was making sure that my mother who lives off grid had electricity this weekend. Erik has the batteries prepped and ready for me shortly before 5pm... closing time. Erik was pleasant and a good person to run this branch!”

“My Subaru was side swiped by a semi truck in CA. The front and back door on the driver's side needed to be replaced. Eric and his crew did a great job and the doors' paint matched perfectly. Eric was available by phone and in person to answer questions and give updates. Great to have this local business in Flagstaff.”

“Mr Allen J was the most friendly and helpful gentleman ever! I had lots of questions about the code that came up on my Nissan and its censor that needing cleaning. He noticed another issue not related to the check engine light and made suggestions, and even educated me a bit on the issue that could arise. This man is awesome and deserves to be recognized! I'm a chic with zero knowledge about my own car but he helped me without hesitation and with a great attitude!”
“This where you want to get your auto parts. Their customer service is great! I'm so impressed they know what they are doing, they are knowledgeable, extremely helpful. I needed 2 batteries for my diesel truck, they have 2 stores and they both just carry one each of this style battery, they called ahead to other store to have them pull their battery and said it will be ready for me with my name on it. I got there and it was there just as promised with my name on it, so impressed with this store. I would not go anywhere else thank you for your outstanding service.”

Everyone is busy & short staffed these days, l get it, but this service centre went out of their way to fit my Sprinter van in for repairs and got me back on the road in a few days! So rare to find!And although they didn’t say it, l can tell they did everything possible to keep costs down. I got a heap of diagnostic & repair work done for less than a non-dealer repair shop would charge! So good!These guys do ALOT of Sprinter servicing / repairs too (lots of RV’s pass thru Flagstaff) so you wont find a better place to service a Sprinter…Shout out to Konnor and the service mechanics for taking good care of me and my Sprinter!!”
