Amazing customer service from Darius, Trinnity, Andrew and others that i have not met but work behind the scenes. Gotta mention that the waiting lobby area and the restroom were impeccably clean, with beverages available.
From the moment i arrived, the greeting, the smiling faces and the honest interactions were so impressive that stressful anxiety of going to a mechanic with a problem like mine with a battery or electrical issue that wouldn't allow my vehicle to start could have gone terribly south, i thought starter or alternator, but, Darius pointed to what was what under the hood, took it in for diagnostic testing with my having no appointment on a busy Thursday at noontime. Kudos, Darius.
Andrew was a tall order of knowledge and joy with a smiling face and just a good vibe, thank you Andrew.
Trinnity, upon my check-out was an absolute calming force with a ton of auto knowledge, a welcoming smile and the delivery person of good news to me that all i had wrong was a loose battery terminal cable... I'm no mechanic, but, by my being so "engine naive," i could have been raked over the coals. This establishment had me In and Out in under 2 hours total from arriving to departure. My gratitude goes beyond words. 3 people in the two mile radius recommended Ascot Automotive,
I absolutely recommend this place for their honesty, integrity, customer service and engine savvy mechanics who clearly specialize in foreign automobiles.

This is my second visit to Ascot! The staff there are friendly, helpful and very professional. Trinity, Darius and Andrew and the ones that helped me. 5 Stars for these individuals. Andrew took me back to my home, Trinity helped me at the office and Darius (manager) helped and explained all I needed to do. What a great bunch of professionals. I will continue to service my cars there.

I've been taking my vehicles to ASCOT for over 30 years. I am very satisfied with their work and their prices. The friendly and helpful customer service, the highest quality of work and value pricing created by the original owner, Joe, is continued by the new owners and team who purchased the shop when Joe passed away. I trust this team and will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
I'd like to single out Darius as the best and most knowledgeable service writer I have ever encountered. His honesty and customer service are exemplary. He is very helpful in explaining what my vehicles need and don't need done to get them back on the road. He does this in a most friendly manner and uses language thet is easy to understand. He always keeps me informed about the progress being made on the vehicles, including when the work should be completed. ASCOT chose well when they selected Darius to be the face of the business.
I highly recommend ASCOT for all of your vehicles maintenance and repair needs

They have always got me in and out pretty quickly. I have had a major repair and oil changes. They are friendly and communicate about prices and work that should be done. I will go back!

The staff at Ascot were so attentive and kind. They told me what was wrong with my truck without pressuring me to do anything. They sought to understand me, not just get money or business out of me. They also did excellent, top notch work at a great price! Thank you Ascot!
