I took my IBANEZ JEM to Neil so he could do some repairs and also a new SET UP! And I gotta say! Neil does GREAT WORK! He is no longer at AMP. SO if you want to find him look in Kachina Village for Wilson Guitar shop.

The troops that work there are very helpful. Brought my daughters clarinet Deigo did a complete overhaul, beautiful work. Not to mention Seenan, Eric for the help. The dudes didn't skimp on customer service. Even the dude on his day off was available to be very helpful. Not to to forget an understanding manager.Cota had some funny effects pedal knowledge. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend Arizona Music Pro for all you instrument & repair needs.

Went in for an adjustment on my PRS since it had some buzz, had the pleasure to speak with Neil he is the Tech specialist and with good reason, not only he fixed the issue, but gave me some very informational tips, which will help me on the long run with my instrument …. Totally recommend this place, for any instrument repairs or purchases

Jack is an employee here who helped me trouble shoot some issues I was having with my audiotechnica record player. I called and asked if this was something they could help with and he offered his help given his background knowledge with record players. He helped me figure out the problem and even gave me a free chord jack. Thanks for the help!

We needed a guitar repair recently while visiting Flagstaff. I called Arizona Music Pro and was able to have the guitar restrung on the same morning. Logan and Jason provided excellent customer service and the guitar was restrung while I waited and restrung well. I recommend Arizona Music Pro unreservedly.
