This bank is not very honest about what they will help you with. This is not the first time they are mistreating me. I had some issue that I as a single parent is trying to make ends meet. I tried for several weeks to make a payment towards my vehicle, but they would NOT accept it. I am told the pass due amount needs to be made and obvious they can see my account showing what my paycheck deposit was and I can not overdraft the account t to pay on another account and they will NOT take the partial I am trying to make for several weeks. I call and chatted online but they will not help, but when you talk about the personal financial issue they dismiss you and treat your like your a bigger bum in the world. I felt like I was talked to like I am a no body that did not deposit over thousands of dollars each year. They will not consider you as human beings and treat you badly. I was told just make the payment and I would if I had an account that shows more then what needs to be paid also. THIS BANK DO NOT CARE OF YOUR SITUATIONS nor WILL THEY HELP!! NOT A HELPFUL PLACE TO BANK WITH!!!PLEASE TAKE THE ONE STAR AS NOOOOO STARS, this does not give an option to give no stars.

Very disappointed with their over the phone customer service. I had to pay my phone bill and got charged twice on accident. I was charged two overdraft fees even though one phone charge was given back right away to my account. So they gave me two fees for not having enough in my account for one of those charges. I should have only been overdraft charged once not twice. Then when I went to tell them about it they only gave me back my one overdraft fee. How am I being charged twice when I had funds for one payment amount but not the other. One overdraft should have been applied. With everyone having to live paycheck to paycheck and inflation every penny counts. Thanks for making my bank account negative. Plus my bank is never negative and this is the first time I’ve had this bad experience with them. Just give me back my second overdraft fee!

This is the best bank in town! They have always kept my accounts clean and helped me out as a teen in financial literacy and understanding. They have never had a problem and in fact are problem solvers!!! They helped me get my direct deposits into my account. The people inside are so professional and collected. The lines are well managed and people will assist you quickly.1000/10Brandon Martinez

Can't believe the lack of knowledge at this branch, some of poorest service I've ever received. Very disappointed.

Its part of a group of shared co-op branches. They have chosen to suspend their services without posting anything online. I've gone here several times over the last few years before Covid. i live 2 1/2 hours away. Not vert happy right now.

Rude, extremely rude. I came in looking to open an account and also cash a check and I was treated with such disrespect that I walked out. I couldn't imagine having to look at those smug, arrogant, and disdainful faces everyday. This is why the bank industry is flopping on its double chin! I was treated like some street scum, I ain't giving these fools my million dollars. Hide your money from these patronizing slugs!

Take your money elsewhere! I have a business and a personal account with them. It is not possible to transfer money from the business where the money is made to the personal account where the money is spent through their web site. You have to go into a branch or call them to make the transfer. I have complained repeatedly and they have promised they are changing this but in two years nothing has changed. Just now I attempted to transfer money from checking to savings in one of my accounts. I set it all up but it wouldn't go through. This happens so often. If I did not already have all of my business deposits set up here I would leave. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

PREDATORS.Terrible customer service, malicious loan officers and unethical practices that they admit to in a round a bout way by blaming their "automated" system. Nasty folks here.

I came here after having issues at another credit union early 2019. The experience started ok, then over a short time I feel like I am frequently being disregard. to get a debit card replaced was way too much effort, there's a disagreement on timelines even though it's mostly non issue though could be super relevant for other situations. They also failed to send replacement card after initial visit to branch with ID, and again later.. I ended up paying for replacement card even though I was promised it would be replaced at no cost.. cost of replacement debit card isn't the issue, it's not being heard

Hubby and I have banked with them for a few years. In the beginning, they were great. Their service over the past few years has gone down however. We've had a few interactions with Noel when he was a teller and he always seemed to have the attitude like he didn't want to be there; at the time, it didn't really matter because we never really had to deal with him except for the occasional deposit or withdrawal if the ATM was down. This changed however because we decided to go through Arizona Central for a car loan and Noel was now a loan officer. Once approved for an auto loan, we took the time to do research and visit dealerships. We would send time sensitive questions and inquires to him via email or voice mail, and RARELY got a response from him, when we did get an email back from him, it was always the generic cut and paste response. How could we tell? It was the exact same sentences with the exact same misspelled words. Each time we found a vehicle we were interested in, we ended up missing out because it sold before we could get a response back, and we had to start all over. We even went as far as requesting another agent to assist us, but were told that this couldn't happen. Towards he end of the time limit to get the new vehicle, we were waiting on a response and knew that we would not get an answer in time. We inquired if there was an extension that could be given, even by just a couple of days. Arizona Central's response was: "Apply for a loan with the dealer, once you get approved, apply again with us and we can move it over"- Their solution would have created TWO more credit inquires. No thanks. To add more insult to injury, we just finished paying off an auto loan with them and was sent the title- My husband's name was misspelled. Arizona Central is blaming the DMV. The DMV is blaming Arizona Central. So much for individual attention. Now, we have to deal with the DMV to correct the error that Arizona Central made.
