Stay away! A S has zero security. The only cameras are near the office (which only has a QR code and no humans). All the gates that should be locked and closed are wide open 24/7. Bad guys as well as tenants have 24/7 access without needing a gate code. If you value your property, use a different storage company. Our unit (as well as at least 3 others) was burglarized one night. The bad guys went into an open unit and climbed over unit partitions to burglarize other units. They cut off locks and unit partitions using a battery operated reciprocating hack saw. This storage area is next to the railroad tracks. Trains make much noise which made it easy to cover up the sounds of burglaries. If you value your items find a different storage place. Snow plowing in winter was terrible. Find one with people on site, security cameras, locked coded gates, and better partitions between units.

I would not recommend this place. They do not have cameras installed; video footage was not available for review by the local police department after a break-in of several units. I had my unit broken in to; items were stolen & disturbed. This place takes ZERO accountability for securing your belongings, because quite frankly - they don't have to, despite what they advertise. Melissa, an apparent manager or employee, is incredibly unhelpful, reactive, and rude - no apologies, no validation, no empathy. Of course, I am extremely displeased - some of my belongings were stolen. But how the events were responded to is unacceptable. It seems they didn't even believe their tenants - the groundskeeper explicitly expressed his disbelief regarding another tenant's "stolen items." There is no one watching over this place, despite what they advertise. There is no locked entry. The front office is never open (because apparently they are expanding). There is no video surveillance. There is ONE grounds person who stated they visit once a week. No cameras, no supervision, no accountability. I will never use Anytime Storage again. I hope you don't either!

I been renting my storage unit here for about 3 years. Never had a problem with anyone trying to break into my storage unit here that I know of until now, I went to my storage shed today n someone tried to break in. I had 2 locks on it. One was a good more exspensive ambus disk lock that the lock picking lawyer recommended on YouTube n he couldn’t pick it. The 2nd lock I wasn’t sure which one, but I think it was a master combination padlock. I put the 2nd lock on at times with different locks I got n I think it was the master combination padlock this time. Well the 2nd lock I put on wasn’t there n it looked like they used a torch to melt it cause liquid hard metal was on the ground below it. Look like they torched it, heated it up a lot n it melted the shackle. 1st time I had thieves attack my locks in this way. The ambus disk lock had burns on it, also the plastic part that covers the key hole was melted off n it was in a plastic hard puddle under lock on ground. Also the key hole n surrounding area on lock looked liked it was torched. I couldn’t open it with my key. But the ambus disk lock was still locked n holding the latch so you couldn’t move latch sideways n open up storage door. So not only is this lock lock picking proof really good, but it seems also torch proof really good.
Now all the trouble they went through on the locks they could of just cut the latch n removed the locks while locks were still locked. Or they could of used a grinder n a grinder probably would of cut ambus lock or the latch. Well I am lucky they didn’t use a grinder or if they would of I probably would have been robbed.
Good thing I went to my storage shed today, it was about 2-3 weeks the last time I went there.
Now this is a 24 hour accessible storage place. At some point they let the employee go who worked here for years, she was here last year when I moved to Chandler around October 2023, I kept my storage unit here. I came back in April 2024 n she wasn’t working there anymore. No one would lock up the gates anymore. Before they had a combination padlock n chain to lock gate with at night n she locked it each night she went home. But customers would leave it unlock a lot after they left including me when we went to our storage unit if the gate was locked, but most the time it was unlocked.
I rented at about 5 different storage places in Flagstaff in the last about 17 years off n on. Never had a problem with people trying to break into any storage unit I had that I knew of. One time I saw someone trying to pick someone’s lock on a unit though.
Now after I noticed the attempted break in on mine, I look at other units n it looked like they attempted or did break into many others.
I called the phone number n this is what happened-
I told the lady who answered about someone trying to break into my unit. She said only one person came around 2 times a week to check the place out. No one was working there full time anymore. That they wanted to go full internet n Bluetooth service at this place to deal with customers. Also that they are working on installing a code or Bluetooth gate. But until then the gates would remain open 24 hours a day. I asked if anyone complained about break ins or attempted break ins on their unit. She said a couple months ago their was 1 or a few break ins. Well I don’t know if she was lying or no one found out about break ins or attempted break ins on their units yet or just didn’t call it in within the last few weeks. But you would think many would call office if their unit got broke into.
So I am going to get my possessions out of there when I can. Maybe when they get the gate locking again it might be safer, but maybe not cause in the back is a good place for thieves to break into units without being noticed. It’s better when storage places are not 24 hrs n gates locked late at night n stays locked until morning n really good when the manager lives on the property.
Well Flagstaff is getting more dangerous to live in

This place is totally online and they will force you into auto pay. No other way to pay. No one on site to show you the units. Pick a unit online and take your chances. It completely sucks. I signed up when they had a person onsite and it was Great! Not anymore!!!! Stay far far away from this place!

The office personnel are absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind, and prompt to respond. The absolute ONLY issue we have is that almost all of our things in storage were ripped to shreds by mice. Including my stillborn sons memorial blankets. Then we realized all of our boxes had mice IN THEM. Now battling mice in our home. Again the people are amazing, the mice are not.
