Thank you Melissa for your kindness and understanding that we needed to "go outside the box" to get the part for my vehicle to be road worthy to get me back to Texas safely. 8 weeks was a long time to find it but when I found it we got my problem sorted and I feel confident driving now. (Anthony remember to keep the customer informed please and make notes in the file so everyone involved can stay up to date-just a fyi).

Not happy with my last trip here. Ordered my tires and never received a call that they came in. Then spent 5 hours waiting for them to get mounted and after everything was done I was missing a rim and one of my tires wasn't the original (I have somebody else's tire or something because one doesn't match and I bought a full set last time)

Love these guys! First time customer, and from my last minute call and order to walking out the door whit my car they were professional even with me sounding like a j*** when I wasn’t meaning to David handled it with great demeanor. Even when one of their mechanics gave a miss diagnosis for camber bolts instead of camber arms and I already paid for the camber bolts and alignment they did not charge me extra. On top of all that they were booked out until next week for the alignments and again David stepped up to the plate and was able to make sure they got it in right away. Now they did have a few hiccups with having to order the tires I needed which were delivered next day and not having access to both camber arms on that same day but they ordered them and had them there next day as well. They even worked on my car on Saturday and got me on my way home in no time. So this was great for me when I get tires again and I am in the area I will definitely use Anderson General Tire David, Melissa, and Anthony as well as the alignment tech all deserve a pat on the back for their had work THANK YOU all for working hard to get me and my family back on the road.
