Eliminating the local office in Flagstaff was big mistake. Requires me to talk to someone who is well intended but cannot understand me nor can I understand them. This distance placement of customer service is a turnoff and I intend to switch to a different supplier May of next year.

Buyer beware. I purchased 250 gallons of PreBuy for $712 in July 2022, their India 800# charged me but, I'm being told *only now* it was never approved. So they charged me for nothing. (I only get propane twice a year.) Very long story re. bill disputes, but throughout it all Amerigas has been deceitful. I've had two agents tell me after researching the issue they would zero out the bogus bill, only to have someone in accounting reinstate bogus charges and then turn me into a creditor. The Worst company I've ever dealth with.

Very poor messaging service. Hard to get to a person. I had some billing issues but must admit, once I got through to a person everything was resolved.

The driver showed up when expected which was great since we were completely out.also there was another storm coming in and he made the window. He also stayed and helped us get our water heater started it’s kind of finicky

Pre-buy has been the best option for the winter months and automatic deliveries is greatly appreciated! We have not had any problems and propane has always been delivered. Thank you in advance.

Can't get a hold of anyone locally, this local phone number rings up a call center in India......!!!???.....How's that going to help me ask relevant questions about what services they provide here in Flagstaff??? AmeriGas you're out of touch with your American customers. I'm calling your competitors since AmeriGas obviously doesn't want my business.

Your technician was terrible. He came to do a leak test and told us we had a leak. So we had a plumber do a leak test he found no leak. So your technician came back he told us the plumber was wrong he never tested your equipment. We had the plumber come back out no leak. Finally your technician came back and tested your regulator the leak was in the regulator. I tried multiple times to get all these visits refunded but no one at your phone centers could help me. So we are over $1,000 dollars in the hole because your employee is truly lazy. If he were my employee I would have fired him a long time ago.

I want to bring to your attention the poor service I received from Amerigas. I ordered 100 gallons of propane, but the delivery truck showed up with only 25 gallons. Despite requesting immediate delivery of the remaining 75 gallons, only 40 additional gallons were delivered. I was charged twice for the HazMat Fee and Fuel Recovery Fee, even though I received only a fraction of what I paid. This is completely unacceptable. I trusted Amerigas to fulfill my order, but they failed, and I had to suffer the consequences. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. I have decided to take my business to Ferrell Gas, as their service is much better, and I trust them. I strongly urge Amerigas to improve their service to avoid losing more customers like me.

The worst service I’ve ever had with a Propane Company. I signed up for auto delivery and they were delivering every three days and I was paying their $30 fees each time so I cancelled it. When I called for delivery I couldn’t get them out for 10 days. They don’t care. many neighbors have completely run out of propane due to their lack of service.

Two years, dozens of phone calls, 45 minutes on hold numerous times, disconnected and having to start over numerous times, refusal to allow me to talk to anyone local, being lied to multiple times. Absolutely the worst customer communication I have ever witnessed.

Did not provide me with a meter ticket to prove how many gallons were delivered. Offshore customer (lack of) service can not help. Bring back US based customer service.

I've called every month, for many months & the issue is still not resolved as far as I know. If it continues into next month I will just go straight to the BBB to file a complaint.
