Our vehicle got 2 flat tires about 30 miles outside of Flagstaff. AM PM Towing was able to prioritize getting us off the side of the highway in a promptly manner. Very professional and attentive, and highly recommended!

These guys are pretty awesome. They have helped my elderly mom out twice in the last few months. The driver took the time to clean her batter terminals and gother car started avoiding time at the repair shop.
Thanks for helping my mom when I wasn't around. You guys rock!

My car broke broke down in the middle of Tuba City this sunday afternoon. I called Am/Pm Towing around 3 and the driver (Lucky) was able to head right out to come save the day all the way from Flagstaff. Lucky is a hell of a guy! Very professional, very courteous. I would recommend Lucky anytime anywhere!

It's never fun having to get towed, but Lucky from AM PM Towing made it the most positive, least stressful towing experience imaginable.
The service was fast and easy. He was right on time, and the pricing was straightforward and transparent. I was stressed and annoyed to be in this situation with my car, but his calm, kind, professional demeanor put me at ease. I felt safe and like I was in good hands.
I was just passing through town on a road trip, so it seems unlikely I'll ever need their services again, but I wanted to leave a review because I've also had an extremely negative towing experience once before (elsewhere), so I know what a difference a good, reliable, trustworthy tow truck driver can make when you find yourself broken down and alone in a strange place!

We’ve used them to tow two of our cars, one recently, the other a year or so ago. They were so kind and quick to respond- the guy started driving out to me immediately after our phone call (while other towing companies in town were unable to get to me for several hours). I was a little shaken up after the minor accident and wasn’t thinking of all the different moving parts and the gentleman who helped me brought things up that I wouldn’t have even thought of until it was too late. It helped to make the whole process easier and faster, and helped me to feel calm and that everything was going to be ok. It truly felt like I was being taken care of by a caring family member.

June 2023, about 8 PM on a Saturday night, Coconino Nat'l Forest dirt road, about 30 miles north of Flagstaff. Due to an undercut roadside hidden by vegetation, my vehicle high-centered, and I was unable to dig it out. AAA referred me to AM/PM. They came out with a big 4-wheel drive tow truck. Due to the character of the road, the recovery was a bit complicated, but the tow driver was able to use a winch to pull the vehicle clear. As there was no damage to the vehicle, it could then be driven. Sometimes life's problems are a bit too much to handle by oneself. I was glad AM/PM Towing was available. For about 4 hours use of their tow truck and driver, and his expertise, the charge was $400, which was understandable.

My car broke down and they came and got me. Heaven knows who came to pick me up but let me tell you: I would have broken down on purpose just to go on a ride with this fine fellow. It was like driving with one of my uncles, super kind dude, mustache and trucker cap, smelling faintly of cigarettes. The CLASSIC tow truck guy, but in the best way, super kind honest guy, made great conversation, and I left that experience feeling better than before I wrecked
