I called the number provided for the Alamo Pulliam Airport location and booked a reservation through a customer service representative. When we arrived at the airport, we were told they could not honor our reservation and that they never had the vehicle to begin with. Even worse, the manager, a brunette, was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. We were visibly frustrated, but she was not interested in helping us at all and did not even offer any apologies. When we walked away, she said “good talk guys” in a sarcastic tone. I didn’t get her name, so I called Alamo to get the manager’s name and was put on hold for 15 minutes before being told her name was Payton. Because we were unable to rent a car and every other place was closed, my boyfriend was unable to pick up his kids from Phoenix. I am shocked and awed by the ineptitude, disrespect, and lack of compassion we experienced. I will never use Alamo again and I suggest using Enterprise or a different car rental company. Truly unbelievable.

Super easy and fast check-in, without having to take a shuttle anywhere for the desk or the lot. The front desk gentleman John was very helpful. Have always liked Alamo, and recommend this location.

We had a problem with a feature and even with several phone calls it could not be solved. We searched for a Alamo location in the near of our way and found the one at Flagstaff airport.Hi John, even if it is already months ago (it was 11th October if I remember correctly) we would like again to thank you very much.Never have seen so patient and full support. Expected to pay under $100 for the rental (online price). Was surprised it would be $115, then ended up paying over $130 for the rental after several add-on fees.

Medewerker zeer slecht!
Onze auto ging kapot 3 uur rijden vanaf flagstaff arizona. We moesten hier heen rijden want hier zou dezelfde auto staan.
Eenmaal aangekomen kregen we een auto waar onze spullen niet eens in pasten.
De vrouw achter de balie wou geen enkele moeite doen.
Wou liever koffie drinken met collega’s.
Hebben van alles geprobeerd een normaal gesprek te voeren met deze medewerker maar haar houding was zo erg dat een normaal gesprek niet mogelijk was.
Dit is voor mij de laatste keer Alamo en zal dit ook zeker rond vertellen.

They were awesome! Without calling the lady at Alamo saw that our flight to flagstaff had been delayed by 2 hours, and on her own she stayed late and took care of several customers and did it all with a huge smile and a thank you!!!! Definitely a HOME RUN!!!! Thank you!!!
