Such a disgusting location like i mean Postmaster AND the delivery team awful my wifes package was stolen by the female driver and postmaster gave her the runaround about how it was delivered because the GE code and gps and scan whatever else he could say just to refuse a package search yet package definitely did not make it into mailbox but the other packages expected made it aside from the one missing. He closed the case and never got her package. It infuriates me how lazy the postmaster is and how terrible the nice guys act is that he puts up just to spit in your face excusing lazy delivery drivers actions same driver that started screaming in my wife’s face about where i park my car (she does not drive) post master also did not correct this issue it seems pointless to speak to the head of this location since he hes very biased this woman needs to lose her job and be permanently replaced this is disgusting for years she has been an issue multiple complaints against her by plenty people for years and nothing has been done and yet she does the same thing

The clerk was very friendly and helpful, while renewing our passport. The process was quick, as we were there for 10 minutes, including photos. Would renew in Eloy, again.

Had passport appt for my 3 minors. Was a pleasant experience. Jas took their pictures, was very organized, and handled a very busy post office with kindness and professionalism all at the same time! Thank you!

Beyond irritated and disappointed in the delivery person. On multiple occasions I have put in complaints about packages not being delivered while I am home. Go to the box and find the note saying “sorry we missed you” I’m home, I watched your driver pull up add mail to my box, didn’t get out of the vehicle to deliver a package that required a signature, but wrote a note. Do better, some of us work and don’t have time to come down to the post office. It’s your job to deliver the mail.
I was expecting an important package today and have been waiting for it and this is the hassle I now have to deal with. Just do better…

Never knew these workers were lazy to get out of the car to deliver unless it's really by the curb.. Wow, really! -_- can't just walk out of the vehicle and deliver like a normal person? I mean, it's not in the yard.
Also, we will always be looked at and judged by everyone from the workers or even by the whole town.. so don't let any discourage you while you in this town that was once fun.. but it is what it is.....
Had never had issues before it was taken over by new management. I'm coming from a long residential home since, lad. Folks are so judgemental by looking.
Also the funny part is that I'm not the only in town that needs to be "move closer to curb for delivery".... drove around town and seen multiple houses with mailbox by their homes and not by curb. It's just funny how that works for them to pick n choose.. smh
This town was not once before it was.....
Updated: they still giving a you a run around harassment by not giving our mail and taking them away from us. I really don't highly recommend their 'customer service' for that its out of proportion. This is coming from a long term resident of the city.

I personally love this post office. They are always so kind and helpful. Yall need to be more understanding. Working in the mail service isn't easy.I bring thank you gifts 2x a year to the main building. And once in a while i leave gifts for my mail carrier too. She leaves thank you cards in return. Just be kind people. Think if you had this job, wouldn't you want others to be kind to you too?

Petra is the worst postal carrier ever. She’ll be too lazy to get out of her vehicle to deliver your package when a signature is required. So instead, she’ll spend even longer sitting in front of your house filling out the little ticket to place in your box, lying about attempting a delivery in the first place. We watched her pull up and do all of this. We have video proof of it all. She’ll also hold it against you personally and harass you if you order package pickups because she has to get out of her vehicle. Then she’ll dump your packages in front of your garage instead of your covered porch, because you know, those couple extra feet were just too far for someone lazy like her.

some idiot left my packages hanging literally hanging on my mailbox like boxed packages are you guys stupid not only that ive been more than patient not saying anything about you guys tossing my packages into my yard and not walking to my doorstep and dropping them off there where your lazy asses are supposed to why are you being paid to be lazy

The worst location I have ever been to. Got looked at nasty because I showed up 10 minutes early to my passport appointment but didn’t have my form filled out. As if it takes more than 10 minutes to do it! You’ll get better customer service from a homeless who you don’t give any money to.

Made an appointment for passport services @ 0315 pm, I arrived on time only to be told their passport person goes home at 1. I asked why they even have the option to make an appointment at later times then. They gave me a run around and I was not able to get what I needed done. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

What happened to the USPS?? They can't even tape a box closed for you? You have to buy a roll of tape from them just to tape a box closed... And they won't print labels either?? What the heck?? No stars.

USPS driver is to lazy to get off her vehicle to put mail in your mail box she’s only willing to if she can drive up to your mailbox and leave it in didn’t even drop off my packages because she didn’t want to walk up to my door to drop them off she saw me see her skipping my house and sped off even waved at me
