Cruz was such an amazing help!!! i have never had better customer service. His trainee named Tony is already exceeding expectations. He obviously has an amazing trainer. Good job guys and thank you!

We live near this Pride station. We have a large motorhome, and go to Pride to fill the propane tank. Easy in, easy out. And, though Google Maps shows it at temporarily closed, it is OPEN.

As a local, I can tell you they have the lowest gas prices in the area. If you ever want to deal with a Manager, Cruz Molina is top notch. He and his crew provide the most friendly customer service and the place feels clean. What more can you ask for?

Ended up lock myself out of my 2022 FL CASCADIA. The manager on duty, Cruz Molina, gave me number for someone who had helped another motorist recently with the same challenge. The service person was there in 45 minutes and had my door unlocked in 10! Thanks for the help!!

Today, my 83 yr old Father ran out of gas about 10 miles away. I got a hold of the Pilot Gas Station 1216 and Cruz (one of the managers) agreed to assist me by running some gas out to my Father to get him on his way! Cruz jumped right on it and my Father was back on the road! Cruz even followed him to the gas station! Huge! Thank you to Cruz and his team. Huge New Years save for sure! - Jack E.

Plenty of parking. Everyone is friendly. . Cheapest fuel in town and excellent quality I’ve never run into bad fuel here. Entrance to truck stop next to Burger King.

Stop at 2:30 pm today for my usual subway sub and the 2 subway employees were mad that I wanted my sub a certain way instead of rushed. One of them was the manager. She said if I wanted my sub in an empty salad bowl, I will have to pay 8.99 for the empty bowl separate from what I’m paying for the sub. Gm Linda got involved but she was weak and let them tell her what to do. I thought about calling cooperate but it’s not worth them losing their jobs because they got their feelings hurt over a customers preference and reacted to it by creating their own rules about empty bowls costing 8.99. They lost me as a customer and wasted the already made sub because offcourse I’m not and have never paid 8.99 extra for an empty plastic bowl.I ended up going to the petro truck stop at the next exit and had the best pasta & garlic bread. They even have root beer floats ?
