I've been a Walgreens customer for the last 17 years never once changed my number and for some reason this location says I don't exist when I typed my number in while checking out. And this location has a high crime rate. Never thought by going to Walgreens I'd be transported to California and witness the evilness of people who are so selfish they have to steal not even hiding their faces. I personally don't feel safe here and not sure how the employees do. I would never work here either after what I saw today. Avoid at all costs. If Walgreens won't protect their employees or customers then I don't think I want to be a customer anymore.

The customer service at this location is amazing as well as the pharmacy staff are wonderful at their job. I wish the pharmacy was open on weekends but other then that I love this location.

Well stocked. Well lit. As with most stores like this, many items are wildly overpriced. I still think it was overpriced but I did need chocolate & other things to assist with the incoming migraine. I will still keep visiting this store but it will still be scarce. Those prices though....oooohhh, they are rough

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and each time I go the service is worse and worse. The attitude from the pharmacy technicians, Vivian in particular, is absolutely ridiculous. Customers should not have to put up with such behavior. I called and asked to speak to the manager only to be told he was filling in and there wasn't much he could do. I did the survey that was attached to my receipt and asked to be contacted. It is a week later and I still have not heard form anyone. They need to just close this pharmacy. They have already reduced their hours and are closed on weekends. Very inconvenient.

This pharmacy is TRASH! What is the point in making an appointment when you still have to wait 45 minutes. The technicians are rude as ever and not helpful. At least show some empathy for your older customers.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! If I could give negative starts I would!!!! I have shopped at dozens of walgreens, been to several of their pharmacies in different states and this one is by far ABSOLUTELY THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I was in line at the drive thru before the pharmacy closed at 6pm and to my surprise once it hit 6pm they just ignored me and the two cars ahead of me and closed! NEVER in all the pharmacies I have ever been to have I ever seen or heard of them just IGNORING CUSTOMERS and not clearing out their line before they leave for the day! I have worked in customer service and retail for 13 years and this is never a valid practice. You ALWAYS have to clear your line before you leave your register. When I went in and asked why the pharmacy was closed while there were still people in line waiting to be served one of the workers told me they have to close at 6pm. I said, even when there were still people in line? And she said YES! I couldn't belive it!! So this walgreens pharmacy will literally IGNORE you and TURN YOU AWAY once 6pm rolls around, Even if you are in line before 6pm waiting to be served. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I will never spend another penny in this store! Whoever is running this store needs to learn what "customer service" means.

Love the Walgreens itself, hate the Pharmacist and kid cashier that doesn't know what your asking her. No empathy what so ever and they just walk away from you when your talking to them. Worst experience.

They worst experience and customer service I've had. Mom is a transplant patient and she needs her meds in a timely matter. We always have issues in this location. They never tell me when I pick up meds if they are still working on them and waiting for more so they always make me take several trips. I've even told them it would be nice if they informed me when missing meds so I'd only make one trip. In several occasions Walgreens staff claims they did not received a prescription so they have moms coordinator resend prescriptions ( double work and time consuming) it's always something. Mom was discharge from the hospital last week and was in need of several new nebulizer meds and they first claimed it was a prior authorization to fill it and three days after when I called to follow up on it they said they did not received a prescription for two of the meds and was waiting for a doctors responds on a question they had. I will speak to the supervisor tomorrow because they are rude and in some occasions the have cut me off when explaining about the importance of getting the meds for mom in a timely matter. I will definitely change locations to a Walgreens that knows what they are doing and have better customer service and cares for the patients needs

Was turned away for a Covid test even though I was there at my appointment time and had all documents required. They said sorry they were behind in testing and could not honor my appointment any longer

Worst Walgreens I've ever been at. I've been waiting for over 30 minutes two occasions just for someone to help me with the photos I've ordered. Pathetic.
