I mail a card to my friends grandson on 1-6-24. I forgot to put a stamp on it, and now 2 weeks later I get the card back. The envelope is torn and the $8 I put in it was gone. How sad that an employee there stole $8 from a little boy. How do dishonest people get a government job. I will never use this post office again.

The parcel locker over by 129th ave and cactus near corrine is broken and a package was stolen. Can this please be fixed. Anyone can easily open it without a key and take packages out of 2BP locker.

If I could give zero stars I would. Usps delivery drivers are steeling packages but marking them as delivered. Had one that was suppose to be delivered today, said it was in my mail box, checked, and it wasn’t. Went to the post office, the called the delivery driver and she said she went back and checked and it wasn’t there. I’m pretty sure she saw what I had ordered, liked what she saw and took the package. Don’t trust these people with your mail!

Jumping through hoops to get my address changed but luckily they've got decent folks working up here who have brains that allow them to make decisions that actually get things done! Thank you Gastron @ Youngtown Postal office location.

The parking lot needs to be redone. Should've been done when the new part was done. Get it fix immediately. Update of Poster 7 needs to be placed as well! All employees should be professional at a time. The time on the door says they're open on Saturday morning for few hours but are never open. Maybe change the time or be open. If you get a receipt do the survey. Get names of the employees . Always record your transaction or interaction with any government employees as they are getting federal funds from your tax dollars specially as prices for stamps and shipping are going up but our pay isn't.

Went in this morning to drop off two packages. The blonde female who was unlocking the door greeted everyone waiting with a rude attitude and stated the system was down which I get happens. I asked when was a good time to return which she interrupted and continued to say the system was down. I again attempted to ask when would be a good time to return because I work nights and have a limited schedule which she replied "that's not my problem". Remove the stick sweetheart, life is too short. Or get out of customer service, not a good fit ?

They are leaving keys in the mail boxes that do not work and then the package is stolen somehow. This is the second time this has happened. Someone there is stealing people's packages.

I have lived in my house 11 years and the amount of packages (WITH TRACKING) that have NOT been delivered into my mailbox after being marked "Delivered" is excessive. Tracking will show delivered, and it's not there! When you call the post office, they say they will look into but of course by that time someone else has revised your package. It's ridiculous. I receive other peoples mail, bills, etc in my box ALL THE TIME. I have received packages in my mailbox that were not mine and not addressed to me. I have taken these to the correct address and knocked on their door and gave it to them. This post office need to focus on training, do audit, or whatever it takes to get mail delivered to the correct addresses.

I'm not sure what the mail person's problem is that delivers packages, for some reason whenever they try to deliver something that has signature required they don't ring my bell or knock on my door to alert me to come to the door. They just leave the missed delivery attempt sticker on my door and this has happened multiple times. It's very odd and frustrating. Like get it together it's not hard to ring my door bell so I can sign for my package.

I never have a problem at this post office I'm always treated with respect and they help me with ever I need. I've been going there for 7 years now and never had a problem I don't know what these other people are talking about

This is the 9th time in the last year that my packages have been stolen. Either at the post office or by the mail carrier. They are either thiefs or stupid. Putting it in the wrong mail box...there is an address inside the box. How can I be reimbursed for what they keep stealing?

Very poor service. Guy charged me for a 6" strip of tape. Then when I said something made me wait ten minutes like I was being punished. The lady was very nice the day before. Really poor service. Kindness goes a long way.

Someone that works at this post office is stealing my subscriptions. I had multiple deliveries missing. I had alert notifications confirming that my package was delivered and I still don’t get my package. I also had my subscriptions go to my in-laws address and they get the package without problem. I had to cancel my subscription because I don’t get my package. This has also happened with other packages as well. Try to contact customer service without any result.

The employee are nice. But they not have boxes or anything in lobby after hours. No service after hours. Too bad.
