I am asking everyone please to tell them NO when they ask to round your money up. Goodwill managers act like they are the manager of a high end store. Firing people for not producing when they barely train you. Isn't that what the people's money is going to When they ask you to round up? It's a lot of bullshit saying we are not making enough when a pair of pants at the Goodwill costs the same as a pair of pants at a brand new store. This store definetely lost my business and I'm pretty sad because I'm a daily home decor shopper. Fu?! Goodwill they are not getting a dime from me again. I don't even give them one star but in order to post this I had to give them at least one.

dear Brooke Olive, you need to put your ugly kid on a leash and clean up your own kids mess. Your kid looks like her face got stomped in.#love4chris!

Way over priced. The prices here are nothing like any other Goodwill I have been to. Saw a dollar tree product that was selling for 4 dollars. It's a second hand store. Prices should reflect a second hand store, not a department store

Very bad management I got fired for being a few minutes late because I was looking for a black shirt because they will make you decide to walk back home and change it or walk home not to come back ( as the store manager Aubrey has told me once before). They try to find anyway to make someone quit just so they don’t have to pay them unemployment. Aubrey does not know how to run a store. On Saturday I was about to drop to the floor and pass out and when I brought it up to her she said the only way my job would be saved is if I get a doctors note then proceeds to try and compare me almost passing out to her being on her PERIOD. Which are two different things. She does not deserve to be a store manager. She runs the place like a Starbucks. She has lost almost 6 employees in just about a week and she is gonna lose more once people realize how bad of a person she is.

Unfortunately, the store general manager here named AUBRY doesn’t know how to run a store. Makes the prices high, all the employees hate her, and of course with this being her first store, she’s on a high horse and thinks she rules the world. I’ve seen her send employees out in over 110 degree weather to change. This is ridiculous. Maybe learn to lose weight if you want to start “trying for kids” as you creepily told your minor employees that really don’t give 1 krap about your intimate life.

Store manager Aubry doesn’t know how to run a store. She will leave night crew under staffed but on her shifts she makes sure to overstuff to make it easier on her. If you guys are tired of these outrageous prices, blame the manager of this establishment, AUBRY! Thanks to her, she is training her whole crew to price these items high. For the sake of all of us, fire this woman. She has turned this Goodwill from a 10 to a 0.

Horrible store general manager Aubry. She fires people left and right, or people end up quitting over her crazy self. Not to mention she’s creepy with her employees, giving out TMI. Do not come shop at this place, she makes the prices super high. FIRE AUBRY!!

If i could do 0 on all i would. You ask before purchasing because they use changing rooms for “storage” and get told yeah you can return as long as you have tags and receipt.. what in the world does some need “refund store credit” for???? Pathetic stores. Same thing as wrecking yards always want to charge high but dont ever want to return the money

Zero stars if I could rate it that low. Came in on Saturday night around 830pm. My daughter and husband were looking at the bigger toys and she was playing with one. The toys were already out in the hallway and she had not strung them everywhere. The store owner came to my husband and said "Is THAT with you? I have picked up these toys 7 times today." Liked come on! Shes a child and a human being. How rude! They argued back and forth and we got kicked out for my husband talking loudly. Horrible costumer service. My husband asked if they was another manager he could speak with, but apparently he is the store owner. Christopher Hayes needs to take some customer service classes, communication classes and NEEDS to be FIRED. This is not how you treat customers. We were browsing and it does not matter how many times you picked up the toy area. That is your job. If you hate it that much, then get a new job.. We deserve to be talked to respectfully and not blamed for someone elses mess. Horrible service. New management needed here badly. Calling the support number as well to complain. This guy NEEDS to be fired. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Christopher Hayes the owner of this location really does not like picking up kids toys. He angrily let me know that he had to pick up the kids section a whole 7 TIMES today before kicking me and daughter out for stumbling upon a pre made mess of toys. Please do not let your children play with toys at this location. It is not allowed or you will be disrespected and kicked out.If you see a mess of toys as you walk by, please pick it up and clean it as you are responsible. Or the employees or even the store owner will come disrespect you and kick you out.

Stopped to donate a few things and figured I'd look around for hiking/Capri pants for our summer trips. Found a great pair of Chico, two pairs of Columbia & a Kirkland brand pant that looked great! They all looked brand new and would cost less than $40! My review would have been 5 stars if not for their changing rooms being permanently closed (and now used for storage) and their return policy. I specifically asked the guy at checkout about their return policy (since I couldn't try anything on) to which he said "its 7 days with a receipt" - so I bought all without thought. I was about to walk out the door and said "I'll return any that don't fit" and he said sure, refund is store credit only. What?! To that, I requested a full refund (not store credit!) and he suggested I use their bathroom to try the pants on and then see which ones I want to purchase again. Ended up with 2/4 for $13. Very happy with my purchase but that's a silly policy. The guy was understanding but I suggested he be more forthcoming with their policy to people who ask, like myself. He said "most people who shop here know this".
