“Stopped to donate a few things and figured I'd look around for hiking/Capri pants for our summer trips. Found a great pair of Chico, two pairs of Columbia & a Kirkland brand pant that looked great! They all looked brand new and would cost less than $40! My review would have been 5 stars if not for their changing rooms being permanently closed (and now used for storage) and their return policy. I specifically asked the guy at checkout about their return policy (since I couldn't try anything on) to which he said "its 7 days with a receipt" - so I bought all without thought. I was about to walk out the door and said "I'll return any that don't fit" and he said sure, refund is store credit only. What?! To that, I requested a full refund (not store credit!) and he suggested I use their bathroom to try the pants on and then see which ones I want to purchase again. Ended up with 2/4 for $13. Very happy with my purchase but that's a silly policy. The guy was understanding but I suggested he be more forthcoming with their policy to people who ask, like myself. He said "most people who shop here know this".”

“This is the best thrift shop in Phoenix area. It is nice and clean and organized. It smells good. All the people who work in there are so nice. They are all volunteers and all the money from this thrift shop goes directly to the charity that they support (hospice of the valley). I won't go to any other thrift shop”

“I'm happy my client brought me to this thrift store. I came back to get this Keurig. I received all the extra accessories that came with it. I'm happy with my purchase and I can't wait to use it.”

“I always find great stuff when i go. I refuse to donate to Goodwill after learning they sell online stuff like a Prada purse for 1, 025. So they get the really good stuff before anyone gets to see it. Not my kind of charity. Salvation army really is charity.”

“This was my first time going to this thrift shop and I had such an awesome experience. They had such a cute little shop. Everything was decorated so nice and adorable. I loved how they turned what looked like what once was a restroom into a mirror room with records in the flooring. And mirrors on every inch of the walls. Everything was at reasonable prices as well. I thought I would never leave. But I did with a cart load of items for only $40.”

“Stopped in with a friend just to browse. The woman on the floor was the most attentive and helpful sales person I’ve ever had. She listened to the information regarding the occasions I was shopping for and styled me!!! I got 2 complete beautiful outfits including shoes and jewelry for my occasions. I’ll be back soon! Only left because they were closing. Thank you for your kind assistance!!!”

“Quite glorious. From the ambiance to the furnishings, it’s like walking into a different century. If you are into the light/dark academia aesthetic I would highly recommend. Low prices along with very good quality products. Unlike a goodwill or Plato’s Closet, it is quite unknown among people. This results in a smaller crowd, better prices and less teenagers only going into a thrift store to take selfies. Overall, an amazing shop and I will be going again. (Also very clean inside.)”

“Friendly staff, seems like a nice thrift store. $4 DVDs and $8 new puzzles, nothing for me here. Doesn't seem like they get new stuff in all the time, may explain why prices seem a bit high.”

“I love it I purchased a field and stream tent for camping I paid only $8.49 cents for it I'll bet it was used 1 time if that just had lil dirt on the floor when I set it up huge”

“We usually always take our "goods" to St Vincent De Paul. They turn our giveaways into cash for so many wonderful projects that help others in need. The staff at the Sun City West location were very nice and helpful in assisting us with our load of donations.”

“I hadn’t been to this resale shop for quite a long time. When I visit this shop I’m expecting quality items for a fair price. Yes, their prices are higher than many thrift stores, but I’m always able to find beautiful things when I shop there. I never go in expecting something for practically nothing. If a price is higher than what it might be elsewhere, I’m happy to pay it, because it goes to a good cause. This is what is on their website …“100% of the net proceeds from Sun Health Foundation’s Resale Shops stay right here in our community—and all purchases are sales-tax free.””

“It's been a few years since I haven't visited this Savers or any other Savers store, and have seen better improvement. The store is no longer that messy and disorganized. The aisles are more wider, so that two people can walk through with thier shopping carts at the same time. Items being sold are more complete and much cleaner. The one thing I noticed is the expensive price tags. Items should not be that pricey for being a secondhand store, but you can still pickup some nice bargains.”

“A good location hidden behind the busy bell road arrowhead district.Lines always add up only 2 or 3 so not bad but they line them up along where the clothes end cap begins so there is always an awkward line up when you have only the 2 or 3 , especially with carts. Cashiers are normal but just a funny setup compared to other goodwills”

“This store is always clean and clear of clutter. The aisles are wide enough for two shopping carts to go through. Prices are fair compare to other Goodwill Stores. There is plenty of parking. The only issue is that there is only one cashier and when the line is too long it takes awhile for another cashier to arrive. Restrooms are always clean and available. Remember to always use your 20% coupon for a better discount on your purchases.”

“I love all the goodwill stores, this one does have small selection of furniture and art, but usually good condition. Smaller than most and recently a bit warmer as they are only using fans to cool.”

“Clean store usually the girls are in a happy mood but tonight they weren't so smiley or anything it's like you have to catch them on a good day I guess there should be a team effort in there and you can definitely see that they're all for themselves for the most part”

“The man working the donation dropoff was on it. He was quick to help people unload, get people donation receipts, and then move to the next car. He did this all while being professional and kind. Donating was a breeze. The couple of times I have been here, this location wasn't busy. Having so few people there made it easy to maneuver about the store. The slow store made me feel less rushed while shopping. Checkout was quick. Dressing rooms are still closed. Signs on the doors still COVID for the dressing room closures. Prices at this location were higher than many other locations. There were some good deals when getting half off for the color of the week.”

“Not sure how you can continue to rise prices on stuff that is donated, to your business. I am aware that employees need to be taken care of. I normally walk out with several items on senior discount day, but have not bought any the last two visits.”
