I personally wouldn't even get it 1 star - bought a side-by-side 4 yrs ago & other than age (some of the shelves were cracking) it was fine but I finally was coming to an end of my 4.5 yrs remodeling & wanted to get an updated/energy saving refrigerator - was I ever in for a surprise - the one I paid for arrived filthy/ice maker doesn't work/freezer missing shelf unit/water dispenser doesn't function properly/refrigerator section froze over $200 worth of food. I got the shelf on EBay & brought out an appliance repair company (but because this refrigerator isn't made any longer parts are no longer available). I personally delivered 5 letters stating the problems & was constantly blown-off!!! Then they 'so-called' installed my over the stove microwave & literally tore-up the brand new not even a week old cabinet up. After weeks I finally had to go get new veneer & hire someone to repair/ install the new veneer! SCA said I was 'too demanding' - so small claims here I come & then SCA will see how demanding I really am!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, I got a washing machine and it didn't work, when the workers came to "fix it" it still didn't work, the owner does not want to give me the money back and she wants to charge us more money to keep "fixing it" even tho it has a 3 month warranty, the owner it rude and lies about wanting to "help", PLEASE STOP BUYING FROM THIS CHEAP PLACE

I can't believe anyone would have something negative to say about this store . I am very seldom pleased with most places I have done business with either big or small. This business has the best service . After receiving our washer and dryer the washing machine started making loud noises . I thought uh oh here we go . But with one phone call was told no problem , we will be right there to repair or replace . My wife decided on a different washer . Again , no problem . They promptly came and picked up the washer and dryer and brought the different one my wife picked out . I was stunned at the prompt service and Becky could not have been more helpful and understanding . Even sent out a service man the next day to make sure everything was OK . Hard to beat that kind of honesty and care from most businesses . I am truly impressed !!!! Richard and Nancy Phillips Sun City

Have been battling them for replacements and repairs with calls back and forth for 5 months now.. Becky is a scammer.I wish nothing but cancer upon your entire family for what you do to people.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!They don't have a warehouse....it's an AUCTION house. They bid on returned appliances then resell.Paid $760 for a refrigerator. $150 for delivery fee. Becky sold me a refrigerator that wasn't in the shop, she said she had what I wanted in the'warehouse' and would deliver. Waited 4 months for delivery. Within a month needed freon. Then 4 months later needed freon again! Obviously sold me junk.Would not refund money.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

I bought a matching washer & dryer set. Upon delivery the dryer was not working. They took it back & said in the next couple of days I'll get another one. It's been 4 weeks now. I keep getting the runaround. Now I think they blocked my phone calls. I guess I have no choice but to take them to small claims court?

Great experience with Sun Cities Appliance!! My dryer, which I bought from them was making a loud noise, & they put me on the schedule quickly. Mike the repairman, was great. He found the minor issue quickly, & was fixed in no time. Mike was friendly, & courteous. As promised by Becky, when I bought the washer & dryer 8 months ago, if there was an issue with either of them in less than a year, she would make it right, & so I was not charged, which made it nice right before the holidays. Thank you Sun Cities Appliance!!

Not even worth the one star I'm forced to leave we bought a washer dryer set that ended up being broken then for 3 weeks they've given us the run around on receiving replacements or fixing the current set. Finally they "fix" the set and the washer floods my back room. 0/10 do not recommend save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

Negative 100 stars!! Purchased a used GE fridge with Sun Cities Appliance on 11/2/22. All was well until the ice machine stopped working 2 1/2 weeks later.Called on 11/23 to report that the ice machine was broken, appt for a tech was scheduled for 11/28 but the tech did a no call, no showed.Called again and got appt scheduled for another appt for 11/30. The lady told me someone would stop by at noon but when 3 pm rolled around and no one had called us, I called and spoke to the lady again. She stated the tech was delayed because of another issue and that the tech would come the next day 12/1.Finally on 12/1 the tech showed up and stated that the ice machine was in fact broken. NO CHIT, I already knew that. Tech stated he would tell the office but that he would have to come back out. It was late by then and I couldn't get a hold of the store.Called twice on 12/2 and was told, they were still trying to figure out when a tech could come out. No call back and no response.It is now 12/5, I have called them 3x time but their line is busy!!I have filed a Better Business Bureau Arizona complaint case # 18526129 against this company.STAY AWAY!! I highly doubt, this piece of junk that I purchased from Sun Cities Appliance will ever get fixed, even though I was still under warranty when I called to report the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in Saturday and Becky promised to send me photos of gas dryers on Monday and deliver the same day. She said she had none there, but plenty in her warehouse. Come Monday, no photos were sent and after getting a busy signal for 30 minutes I finally got through on the phone around 4:00. Becky gave me a sob story about someone calling in sick and not being able to make it to her warehouse. She took my phone number a second time & promised me pictures & delivery for the next day (Tuesday). Same scenario…no pictures or call of any kind on Tuesday. Called around 4:00 and was told she was with a customer. The man took my phone number for a third time & promised a return call from Becky as soon as she was done with the current customer. Guess what??? No call from Becky! 3 strikes & you’re out! Terrible business…I would not recommend you “try” to buy anything from them!

Bought a refrigerator on 3/9/21. Item had a cracked handle which the owner promised would be replaced. After nine calls, no new handle or returned calls from the company.Purchase prices was fair but follow-up services was very poor.Would not recommend this company.

I got my washer and dryer from here and I had went through 4 of them within a week. They kept bring them and it kept breaking down. Fast forward I finally get one that works and 5 months later the dryer stops working. I make an appointment to get it fix. I wait around for my appointment and of course no one shows up! The reviews are real believe them.
