ZERO STARS - Pretty disappointed by this company. Other propane companies charge less than $3.50/gallon when market value is under $2.00/gallon. Not Suburban Propane, they charge $6.16/gallon plus fees. How is this legal? Faulty equipment is an issue too. Their tank leaked 100 gallons in two weeks. A technician insisted the leak was not the tank regardless of the odor coming from the tank, and all the other (brand new) appliances being cleared for leaks. The technician got approval to replace the waisted 100 gallons, without charge. But wait, there is more. Shortly thereafter, we received a bill for 100 gallons at $6.16/gallon. I called to get the added charges removed and they said it's done. Well, that didn't happen. Next stop collections... Need I say more?

Not sure why they came and filled my tank, they were just here a few weeks ago and I am supposed to be on a 6 month schedule.I did not schedule this service and don't know why they were here.

I want to commend Stephanie and Vinnie!! They both went above and beyond, to take care of my company, yesterday!! We are a very large, heavy equipment dealership, and we use a large amount of propane! I called with a couple of requests, which were both more than taken care of, and within two hours!!! Thank you both, and thank you Suburban, for your help!!

Suburban Propane was able to arrange a date for Propane delivery that was good for my schedule. Burt came and filled my tank and also help to light the pilot on my stove. He was very professional. I would highly recommend Suburban Propane.
