“I’m so glad I switched from Walgreens to Desert Sky. With Walgreens there was always complications filling my child’s medication. I would have to go in circles calling numerous Walgreens in the area to find a pharmacy to fill it and often had to wait a delayed time until they could get it in stock. In a moment of desperation I began calling smaller pharmacies and found this location had his medication in stock and filled it within a hour. When I called to request a refill they informed me it was already in process and would be ready for pick up tomorrow. So thankful we found a place that knows what they are doing and maintains stock.”

“Bashas' is my go-to grocery store for anything out of the ordinary, a quick produce run, or to take advantage of their great digital coupons. They always have a wonderful stock of produces and have the same great people greeting you when coming in. The one thing that cannot beat Bashas' is their donuts, which are made daily and always have a huge variety, I can't stop eating those glazed croissants!”

“Clean , well stocked with a variety of items in the bakery, deli, produce and meat . The chips shelves were not as well stocked . The employees are helpful and friendly . Parking is much easier than several other grocery stores. No longer sanitizing shopping carts, but sanitizing wipes are available for customers.
Shoppers... Check your receipts,be sure you are connected to their internet and load the digital coupons at home. 3 rd time I shopped, checked out this time I checked my receipt in my car before I left the store. And saw that 5 items did not scan correctly, minus the digital coupon discounts= $7.52. customer service took care of it and said they have been having problems today... I told her it had happened before, this time I did all of the above and yet the digital coupons not added. So, NOW add watch the price as cashier rings up your items. There was also a man behind me at customer service with same problem. Regardless of this problem, I prefer shopping here or Albertsons over Fry's .... Nicer clerks.
Deli meat, sliced turkey, went up$3 lb. Now cost$12.99 lb. . eggs higher also. Problems with Birds!! Something to do with the avian flu. Still enjoy shopping here because of the friendliness of their employees and helpfulness!

Update 7/31... Must be doing some remodeling,? Shopping carts were stocked only at the West entrance and noticed previous East end area was blocked off. Several Manager's specials ! I REALLY don't want this store to go away!!! Nor the Albertsons.”

“Today I got to Sam's Bakery to pick up a cupcake order. The team at the bakery couldn't find my order. I pulled up the receipt and realized I made a huge mistake. I placed the order for the incorrect location (near home instead of near work). I didn't have time to drive to that one then back near work. The woman at the bakery suggested the pre-made cupcakes out on the floor but they were not ideal for the baby shower I was supposed to be at in 30 minutes. She was so kind and said if I wanted plain white whip she could make a batch for me. She offered sprinkles giving me the color options. I told her then and sharing here too "Breanna, you are the best person in the world today!"

They are the epitome of customer care and customer service.
They immediately call back when I call for a refill for my Mom’s prescriptions.
They always check to see if she has other scripts that will be ready for refill soon so we can pick them all up at once.
They are conscientious and strive to make every experience the best it can be every single time.
It’s such a nice breath of fresh air to feel so well taken care of when dealing with a pharmacy and prescriptions and we deal with this a lot since moving Mom in with us.”

Asked @the counter..was sent to the correct place & tried to purchase but the other counter person saw (on my paperwork) that I had the incorrect mg. She actually went and got me the correct mg. I have been with this pharmacy for years because of this and many other helps like this.”

“I was in the area so I thought I would stop by this location. Much busier than the Surprise location I am used to. They still kept things flowing smoothly. It really bums me put when we find a staple for our home in grocery or toiletries and they disappear. That is Sam's Club across the board. I appreciate the good deals though I am not sure if I really benefit much after the annual membership fee as we don't eat out of thr box as much as other families do so we don't really purchase as much as others. I do have a Sam's Club credit card. I love the cash back bonuses you get the first year which makes us $50 a month cash back we can use on Sam's Club purchases. Besides staples my favorite part is the center of the store, where all the decor, toys and books are. Though I wish they offered more and we didn't always run into the same ol same ol. Store is always clean and organized for being so busy. Spacious isles and friendly employees. You can get some really good deals. Keep an eye out for the sales as well”

("Oh, your insurance doesn't cover that, but it's only $9," instead of "referring back to your physician." "There's an equal alternative that's only $21," instead of, "That'll be $800," period.)
