I've been a loyal customer to MetroPCS for yrs already. Because of this store & their employees I'm getting ready to turn off my service & my wife is getting ready to turn off her 4 phone lines & our wifi . To make a long story short I went in the store one day to pay my phone bill. They talked me into buying a new phone. In order for it to be cheaper I had to change my phone number. I did that and I got a tablet as well. I use my phone for work. My text messages are not coming in all the time. I brought it to the employees attention they try to tell me it the service. I know it's not the service cuz I never had this issue before until I got this new phone. I almost lost my job cuz of this. Customer service doesn't help either I've been trying to get corporate office phone # & I can't find it. The store doesn't even have a correct number on Google so unprofessional

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff! Unethical questionable practices in regard to customer relations. Rude staff. They are only concerned with selling merchandise which after you buy they have zero interest in your or your problems or on going business relationships unless it involves selling you more and more problems. Stay away from this Honey Trap!

At this location in El Mirage I will have to say it's a five star store I've been going there for almost five years now and everyone that helped me The Only Name I can think of right now is the young gentleman named angel but other than angel the ladies have always been helpful do not give this to a negative

Am with T-Mobile. Still with them because do not have money to change to another company just because I have had to wait so so long even to only ask a question. There is always a line of people and I also have to say for me their monthly fees are too expensive. I use another company for work and have so much more for approx. The same amount monthly. Will prob.be moving to another company this next year only for those reasons. After all money is what makes the world go round. Also am far too busy to wait over an hour when I need help. If my store is that busy it should be evident and they need to address that problem by putting on more help. You don't make money when people leave you.

How can you not get into your account while at the store?? The employee even called corporate and got hung up on, then the run around, then was told by the supervisor they do not have the ability to access my account. Then who does??? No one can access my account that was taken over by hackers!!!!

Went to purchase a hotspot. Was told that after 30GB that it would just slow down. Got home, and in less than a week, it was used up. Store would not issue refund for lying about the product, which I had to call Bell Rd Metro PCS to contact this store since this store doesn't answer their phone. Had to contact corporate to get refund and report employees. Oh, and they overcharged us... corporate had to dig and find that out. FIND ANOTHER METRO PCS STORE!!!!!
