This service rep Eric was awesome, we have a grand father plan from 2005 he was able to help us friendly & he speaks English! The store on Durant & Bell Road I had really bad experience. Don’t go there!

Just found out that this store is “Under new management “ and just had a great experience getting a phone and home internet from there. Zero issues, employees were very professional and helpful.
