I was really taken aback when I found out the bill was $395. I’ve had way more things on our taxes in past years and never even paid half of this. Also disappointing that we found out that our address was entered wrong only after waiting 5 weeks and wondering why we hadn’t received our refund yet. Thankfully the service was really good and accommodating to help make up for it. The lady that helped us was always available if we had another paper or something that we hadn’t originally brought with us and kept in communication the whole time until they were completed.

It was a highly professional service by the great accountant of this company. I met him after an appointment and he assured me about complete solution of tax. Every step was calculated and everything went okay. I hope that in future he will continue help me in solving other tax stuff.

The accountants here are true definition of professionalism, perfection and honesty. The way they handled my situation was exceptional and worth a lot of applause. I am very pleased with the service they gave me.

I met with a Mary Popsie at the location and she was extremely helpful and patient with several documents needed for my tax return. The entire staff was very personable and produced a calming environment during a stressful part of the tax season! You all can definitely expect me next year!

Nice, old fashion service. I had to have my taxes prepared off season from years prior. Mary Matoon was able to get me in to see me and she was able to prepare my taxes with what little information I had. She was unbelievable. She saved me a lot of headaches. She's an asset to the El Mirage community and to tax service in the area.
I went to her after the recommendation from my Mom. Have to say, don't know why I haven't been going to see her year after year. My Mom has had her taxes prepared by Mary Matoon since the 80's. That's saying something right there.
