“Total Wine & More has a great selection of adult beverages. Total Wine & More specializes in wine and spirits. Even of the brands commonly found in grocery stores, Total Wine has a larger variety of flavors and styles. Looking for something a bit out of the ordinary? Specialty items may be found for all of the wine and spirits. I enjoy looking at the bottles of some of the specialty items. Some are truly workss of art. Total Wine sells beers and ciders as well. There is a refrigerated area. National brands, craft, local and international brews. They also sell hard seltzer. For those who don't drink alcohol, there are nonalcoholic options. Shopping for a gift? Along with alcohol, there is a small number of treats, bar gear and glasses. Total Wine even has gift bags. Come fall/winter, there is a larger selection of gift packs. I have only been here during nonpeak hours. During those nonpeak hours, there is usually one line open. The line is usually short. Orders may also be placed online for instore pickup or delivery. Total Wine & More offers a loyalty program. They also have sampling hours and special events.”

“Big shout out to the deli department! We placed a last-minute order at 4:30 p.m. and needed 4 large sandwich trays by 11:00 a.m. the next day. The staff and manager were accommodating and made it work! The trays were ready by 10:30 a.m., and best of all, the pretzel sliders were delicious! I took off a star because the bakery staff were not as helpful. They weren't able to take an order without 24-hour notice, which was totally fine - my bad. But when I showed up and asked if they had any cookie platters that had been prepared that morning, the answer was no. Again, fine. As I proceeded to search through all the 30 cookie platters, looking for 8 with the most recent "packaged on" dates, in full view of the not-busy-employee, there was no offer to help me find what I was looking for. Not that big of a deal, but the difference in customer service between the deli and bakery departments was noticeable.”

And I know, it's served cafeteria style, but don't knock it until you try it. Just trust me. Trust my tastebuds. Trust this review. And if I'm wrong, hit me up and I'll convince you that I'm right. As for AJ's, my wife and I love this place. I feel bad for the people who's had less than a 5 star experience. But the B&G..I'm telling yall.”
