I took my car to them to have some repairs fixed on the right side of the car. They dented the back bumper.they gave me the car back without replacing the back rim that was messed up. When i called them and told them that they had not replaced the rim joe argued me down that he had. I told him that i would be out there the next day to show him that he had not. He called right back and said could i bring it right back and he would replaced the rim. I told him that u would be back that thursday. He replaced the rim. And tried to buff the car. It was a mess. When i saw two brown marks in the back bumper i asked him what it was. He said i can remove it. When he brought it back i saw two dents in the bumper. Joe did not want to take my business in the first place . he told me about another auto shop in el mirage not far. And i ask him did he want my business and was i welcome there. Vanessa and jennifer are so fake friendly. Vanessa more than jennifer yoy can see the racist in jennifer more than vanessa. Earnhart hyundai sent me here. They should stop sending black people here. Especially older ones. They dented my car. Now they are lying about it.

After a careless situation with my vehicle I reached out to Fix Auto to help me start the repair process. From the 1st phone call I had with a wonderful lady who answered that phone, I was certain that they would take good care of me and I was confident in their ability to get my car back to new... Jay was the direct contact after that 1st call and he explained what was in need of repair and he was able to provide me with the time line they would need to recieve parts and get the job completed. They did a great job and their customer service was excellent. I hope I never need their sevices again, but will be sure to refer them to family and friends...

Where to start?? The service we recived was HORRIBLE! We were involved in an accident in June and had our 5th wheel towed here ( we are from Maryland). We had to KEEP calling to get updates and it took 3 MONTHS to fix our 5th wheel! When we picked up, the fan cover was broken and they did replace after we told them about it. The bedroom lights kept shorting out and blowing the fuse, come to discover the wire was not connected correctly under the bed. The dining table was put on backwards and bump outs were NEVER touched! Since the bump outs were not repaired it caused the seals to rip and rain water to come in. The closet doors kept falling off track and my husband had to do a repair his self on the road. We did not noticed at the Repair place because they only fell when moving faster then 30 MPH. So now we have to have the 5th wheel repaired back at home in MD...... AGAIN! The owner's son was in charge of keeping us updated.... nice young man but not a good communicator. When we got insurance involved again Premier wanted to charge our insurance 25% of repair bill to send our local repair place. On a positive note they did a AWESOME job repairing the pinbox area!

Poor Customer Service - Won't engage in a conversation for a quote. The quote process is the very first interaction / impression to sell me on your services, tell me how great you are, etc..... Not here. I got ghosted by the Manager. Apparently they have enough business and don't need any more work. I submitted an online quote request with a detailed description of the work I need performed and included pictures. See correspondence below and decide for yourself. This place might be OK if you can get them to respond, get a quote, or even if they just told me to get lost. Instead. Nothing. "Greg,Thank you for the photos. To provide accurate repair cost we would need to inspect the RV to determine how extensive the checking/cracking is. A rough ball park cost would start in the $6,000 range to repair and paint the tops of both caps. Please let me know if you would like to set up a time to bring your RV in for inspection. Karl Copenhaver" "Karl, We are full time, so packing it up to bring over there for an estimate would be a full day and would have to plan for that accordingly. Is it possible to have someone come to us for an estimate instead?" Thanks, Greg The End. I guarantee there is someone in the Phoenix Area that wants the work, especially given the ballpark price I was given. Maybe it's not enough work for them to be bothered with, isn't profitable enough, or just don't have a mobile estimator....who knows but I would think they would at least entertain a perspective customer as I have to get this work done somewhere.....but it doesn't seem to be this place, so the search continues.

They did a awesome job on my car and also they were, Ahead of the schedule The completed my car two weeks before they gave me the date.Also they keep updating me every time since I put my car. And the staff is very friendly and they know what they’re doing so I appreciate that thank you

We were originally told my husband's truck would be done in a week....it took 6 weeks! Our insurance covered our rental for 30 days and this place agreed to cover the rest of our rental, but ended up only covering part of it and gave no explanation as to why! The repair was "okay" ....not great, not terrible.

You only get one chance to make a first impression and boy did this place blow it. Rude angry people work here. I'm guessing the big angry yelling guy is the owner? He scared the crap out of me. Glad they never noticed me so I could go somewhere else. Never going back here. Ever.

Unfortunately for me (and my insurance company), I have the worst luck when it comes to my cars. I started using Fix Auto in Costa Mesa, CA back when I lived out there and they were terrific. I've lived here in AZ now for a few months and have already had a few incidents from a broken window to front end damage and then some and they always take such good care of me. I was referred from the Costa Mesa location to this one (El Mirage) and they have not let me down one bit. Vanessa at the front desk is AMAZING and the guys are so personable, honest, and quick to get things done. I truly feel like I'm in the BEST hands with them. Not to mention the cars always come back to me looking better than when I bought them! SO CLEAN! :D

One young man stood in the way of making this a five star, two week repair event. He talks down to women , does not respect older women nor did he show compassion in offering golf cart transport back to my RV from having to stay in their conference room while they worked on my RV roof. I was also waiting to have knee surgery. Walking was painful but I did it..so if you are a woman alone or the woman who takes care of everything don't plan on this place being a happy event. I am a full timer and was told I could stay in my RV most of the time by the owner of this company. I had a cat, couldn't get a hotel with a cat. At times I couldn't get back into my RV home until 8 or 9pm. I have gone all day without eating. As of this writing, its been about a month or more since I left and was told that day I left, that my ladder for the back end cap was on the way, it had been shipped from the factory and they would send a tech with it to where I am staying to install it. Even the insurance company had to write them a couple time and try to spur them on, still nothing. The workers were polite and helpful and the gal at the greet desk but the young man who takes in the RVs was truly inconsiderate and rude and left my job unfinished.

Had problems with the paint job on my truck. They did a fantastic job of investigating till they finally found the issue. Did everything and more they could to fix the problem. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

My Auto body experience at El Mirage fix auto was incredible the staff here are very helpful very knowledgeable they assisted me in obtaining a rental car and getting discounts I didn’t even know I was eligible for my beautiful 2016 Kia optima and its now restored to its former glory and I thank Vanessa and all the good workers at fix auto for getting my car back on the road and giving me a great customer service experience honestly it was very painless and this staff there knows it took me a very very very long time to get my act together to get my car in but they were still patient so thx to fix auto in El Mirage AZ

They were awesome here! Always kept me updated and were able to go above and beyond what was asked. They helped fix some other damage on my car and cleaned it for me! My looked brand new like I had just drove it off the lot! Every one who worked there was so nice and helpful!
