Horrible customer svc. False advertising on prices it's one price on the shelf and when your going to pay its a whole different price and you tell them and they say they can't do nothing about it, they say the company told them to do that. Wow the family doller company is ok with False advertising!! I have never been a store that never honored their pricing.!! By long shot worst customer service EVER!

While shopping I saw a sticker underneath a product stating there is a digital coupon available. I went into my app and "clipped" the coupons for 2 products. When I went to checkout, neither coupon was removed even though I put my number in to redeem the coupons. The cashier basically told me oh well, there's nothing she could do since it was a coupon. I am not a happy shopper. I'm giving it 3 stars solely due to the fact that they had all the items I went in for. I probably will never shop at Family Dollar again. Think it's time to give their competitors a chance. Dollar General here I come...

So I came here to load a card and buy a few items and the heavy set woman rolled her eyes at me and was very rude while talking to me and as soon as she cashed me out she looked at me like aren’t you going to go?! I asked her can I please have my bag? And she finally gave it to me.. So not professional and extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable, even my kids noticed how rude this woman was

Even though they can't carry everything. The staff is so helpful in trying to locate the item. This is our first choice in keeping our preferences stocked.

Visited here on 3/14/22 for cleaning supplies I'm new to the area....went down 1 aisle an associate came up it...went down another there she was again I work retail so I know when people assume you're gonna steal something....I will not go back here

Definitely cute clean store with faux brick on the exterior. The people who work are super friendly. I have only been here twice. Once for my mom to get some lavender Dial bar soap which they don't sell in any stores she knows of, and today looking for cheap candy to decorate gingerbread houses for our little ones and their friends. Which I didn't find. I wouldn't say this is a place to shop when you are strictly looking to save money. Both visits I did a price comparison over 30 items from the Wal.... and many were less expensive else wear. This is the place to go to find something unique or out of stock or seasonal like hand soaps. They do have great sales and there ARE deals to be found. I was just surprised as a consumer going into the store I though it was a more of a discount store that I found it to be after doing my research.

Decent store. So-so with it's cleanliness. It's alright considering the LOCATION. lol Could always do more/better when it comes to tiding up the place every once & a while ? js.
